I had purchased a gas log set for use in my fireplace which had a gas line which hadn't been used in at least 12 years. I contacted All Valley. Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Sorry Leland I should have done this long ago. Folks, I was on a quest for a great grill plus more. I emailed All Valley through their website. I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Sorry to have to write a negative review for a small business, but apparently taking my money was the extent of their service for my spa purchase. Bought a Sundance floor model for $1,000 less than new- still, 9k is not pocket change, so expected more. Confirmed date of delivery at the store, got a confirmation email with a different day. Called the owner to clarify, but got no reply. They showed up on the original date...when I wasn't home ‍ Then had issues with the clear ray bulb alert- a technician was sent out after a few delays because he had no cell phone (strike two). I contacted All Valley BBQ Spa Fireplace to provide an estimate for repairing my recently installed Napoleon Luxuria Series 50" Direct Vent Fireplace due to a known venting problem. They were contacted since they were the only locally approved Napolean sales/repair agent in the Coachella Valley. The first appointment was a no-show. The second appointment showed up too late for the 45 min appointment but still wanted to charge the absorbent fee of $185 but refused to provide the estimate for repair stating that he is not a licensed contractor. I would not recommend this establishment or any other of its subsidiaries in the Coachella Valley and Orange County areas. I finally had the opportunity to recently meet the owner and less than impressed. He seemed more focused on his revenue than on the quality of services rendered. Okay, I know the chain supply sucks currently but I visited this store to obtain knobs for our outside built in fireplace. Yes, it's old, probably installed 30+ years ago but we have owned the property for 11 years and have maintained the appliance. Very friendly staff and helpful but boy, did the owner see me coming because he charged me $15 per knob which normally sell for around $4 each. We are looking at eventually replacing this BBQ and will definitely look at hiring another company. read more

Really poor customer service, rather no customer service at all. Made an appointment to have our very expensive commercial grade BBQ repaired that we had purchased from them two years ago. They sent someone to our house and I was informed me they didn't know how to fix it but would "get back to me." Waited a week and then called again explaining we had a Coachella weekend party planned a week later with guests flying down from Vancouver. Said they would take care of it. They never did and didn't even have the courtesy to call me so I could arrange to have an actual professional company come out. Great as an Amazon showroom. The guy was too arrogant to leave his desk and talk to me about replacing my fireplace log set. His assistant said someone had to come out at look at my setup for $139.00 This is BS, its not rocket science, I know I need a 24" burner and log set. We just moved to La Quinta and the BULL BBQ that the people left at the home was over 15 years old and could not be repaired so I started the search for a new one. Of course I started on line and narrowed my search down to 3 companies all which were around $1599 for a 32" unit. A friend of mine recommended I go to Leland at All Valley so I did. After speaking with him about the 3 manufacturers and what my needs were, I chose the 32" Blaze unit. His price was the same as all the others on line and I could have it the next day installed so I decided to support the local businessman instead of the online retailer. I called Leland around 4:30 PM and told him I couldn't get back to purchase the grill prior to him closing and he said no big deal, just give my installer the check when he is done. Really, who does that in this day and age. So I called him at around 4:30PM yesterday and the grill was in my backyard at 9:00AM this morning. I paid to have it installed and for them to run a gas line and his crew where top notch and charged a very fair price for the extra work. I'm firing the grill up tonight and looking forward to many years with this BBQ. Leland, thanks for the great service and I highly recommend everyone shops your store prior to buying on line. I have called several shops across the Valley, and nobody is answering the phones because they're too busy.  This company (after 2 days) finally called me back and scheduled a call a week or so out - they said they were booked so I believed them. Before the appointment, they called to make sure I was there, which I found odd since I already scheduled the appointment, but it was not an issue and I met with their technician.  He basically told me what I had known, but to get to the pilot assembly on the heater was not my forte, so I asked them to do it.  He finished the job, it worked, I paid him, done. Last week, I get a call about paying for my invoice, which I had already given a check to the technician.  Turns out that they dropped the check and the name of my check did not correspond to my invoice, as they had my name written incorrectly on the service ticket. I am only giving them 4 stars because they did a good job, but I shouldn't have to get a call asking me for payment when I had already tendered the payment to the technician.  Besides that, they were hard to get ahold of, but it is a busy time of year, so I don't hold that against them.  But only 4 stars. read more

Where did you even come up with "holding you hostage" , a little dramatic don't you think. I simply asked if you take AMX, I didn't ask for your lowest cash price when purchasing the spa. You said you wanted a check, we gave you a check. I have the same email record as you, and you are right I did say it had been a pleasure to work with your company. That was before you had to actually PERFROM anything you could not do sitting behind a computer. YOU, told me that the delivery people are not certified electricians but for money they became certified. YOU, had 1 man deliver an almost 800 pound spa to my home by himself with the intent on finding day labor, for $20, to unload it. When it was time to perform you fell miserably short. I can't think of many people who would consider your actions professional. Maybe you had a bad day, a bad week I don't know, and unlike you I won't try to speculate on what prompted your actions. Their products and customer service are nothing less than awesome. Even though we have a custom fireplace - the log set was contractor grade and lack-luster. I chose them because of the level of personal service, experience and interest that Leland, the owner, and Britt took in designing a unit that fully met my needs. They were clear about costs, delivery dates and construction issues. The communication and specificity of the plans was very reassuring. The unit was constructed to plan by Javier Montoya who is an artist and a truly nice man. It met all the specifications of the original plan and included some artist's touches in the tiling of the unit. Leland arranged to have All Valley Crane lift the unit into our patio area and Tristan wired the unit once it was in place. The Blaze three-burner grill is a joy to use with all the heat from the grill and infra-red rotisserie you could wish for. The interior lighting in the unit is incredible. Visited All Valley Backyard BBQ store July 5 & spent an informative hour with Tristan & Eric regarding BBQs. They were very knowledgeable in the various brands and provided valuable information, which we were able to use in our decision-making. We returned to the store July 14 where Eric was very helpful in taking our order & deposit. The next day Eric called to confirm the BBQ had been ordered. July 20 Leland contacted us, via email that our BBQ was in the warehouse and could be ready for delivery July 22; to which we agreed. July 22 our new Blaze BBQ was delivered, constructed & working within one hour. The deal was C.O.D for the Blaze BBQ, cart & cart cover. However the cart cover was not delivered. The invoice included payment for the cover so All Valley Backyard BBQ owes us a Blaze BBQ cover ASAP. More to come! August 1 received cover - good job All Valley BBQ! read more
