They came out to my place in Malibu to check stains on outdoor furniture. Told us bleach would not clean it and they made special compound to remove stain. Took one of huge cushions to work on. Sent back perfectly clean picture of cushion cover. Quoted over 4k for fully cleaning. Decided to spray with bleach and put in washing machine. Came out perfectly clean. They held cushion and cover hostage requesting $600 to get it back. We Said would pay $300 but they said we had to go pick up. Said I can't pick up. They said they will throw it away as they have no space for it. This experience speaks for itself. read more

He cleaned rugs that I'd not had cleaned for sometime, one of them having been peed on by the dog. He cleaned all 6 of my couches as well as carpeting in a room that had some big grease stain dropped on it which then someone had tried to clean but made a mess of. All looks good and like brand new. I needed my windows washed and Daniel Characky responded on this site called Next Door. On the first day Daniel did a partial job but asked for full payment promising to complete the job the following day. He never completed the work. Instead, because i had also asked for a quote to stain my kitchen cabinets, he showed up with stain the following day. He did a partial job, and again asked for full payment. Because i wanted the insides of the cabinets done, he said he would take care of that and asked for prepayment for that as well. He kept on pushing me to agree to even more additional work, sealing my kitchen floor, sealing window shades, etc. Hustling for more work without completing work he'd been paid for. He was scheduled to arrive at 11 am. He never showed up. I repeatedly called and texted him. I even called his mother who said that Daniel told her he'd spoken with me. He did answer his cell phone one time, but hung up when he heard my voice. So, the way things stand, i have mostly sticky cabinets with drawers that are hard to open, partially clean windows, porch and back patio not cleaned, window shade partially cleaned and crooked, probably high water bill because he left the hose running all night and out of a lot of money for work not completed. I am planning to seek legal advice as I'm a retired legal secretary and have many lawyers who can help me. read more

Hello fellow Sherwood Forest neighbors and Northridge neighbors unfortunately I had a bad experience with this carpet cleaner, also let me repeat that I have our phone conversation recorded so he has nowhere to wiggle out of this with an excuse, he clearly told me on the phone he would move furniture to properly clean two bedrooms and didn't even move the tiniest 10 lb dresser, he then proceeded to call my house filthy through text AND I also have this through text on the record. My recommendation is avoid this guy , I also putting a post on nextdoor neighbors I will put a link to that when it is posted.
