We were in need of a freshing up of our carpet and I decided to use the handy dandy yelp project feature to get some quotes. Healthy Carpet Care was really responsive and good to work with and in terms of pricing they were right in the middle and offered the right services we needed. I had 2 sofas cleaned + pillows , 3 bedrooms (including a master) , a downstairs area , and our stairs. I was able to book an appointment that met my convenient time. I will note they ran an hour late from our original appointment time but gave me plenty of time (the day before) to confirm this change. So wasn't an issue. They were very professional and 2 people came out to clean the carpet with their van and equipment. They will also help to move around heavier furniture so that they can clean all spots of the carpet. Payment is really convenient as they take multiple ways to pay, including invoicing for credit card payment. Really glad we went with them as our house feels much cleaner. The job took about an hour and a half so pretty quick compared to vendors I've used in the past at a different property. WARNING: Do Not Hire This Company - Cost Me Over $50,000 in Damages I hired this company to clean my furniture and carpets, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. They burned multiple couches and stained my carpets, causing irreversible damage. I spoke directly with the owner, who admitted the water they used was "too hot." He attempted to fix the damage but only made it worse -- to the point where fabric was peeling off the furniture. In total, I lost over $50,000 worth of furniture due to their negligence. After admitting fault, the owner stopped responding completely and took no responsibility. No refund. No insurance claim. No effort to fix what they ruined. I am now pursuing legal action and want to warn others: Do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional, unqualified, and completely irresponsible in handling damage they caused. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! I requested a quote via Yelp and got a very quick response. Initially, was between them and another company. The other company charged more for the same service, so I went with Healthy Carpet Care. Another selling point for me is that they were able to get me scheduled right away. The day of the appointment, they arrived promptly just before our scheduled time. They took a minute to explain what type of spray they use, and then got to work. My sectional is light in color, cushy, has a power recliner and multiple manual recliners. It had stains from dog pee, and so did my rug. The team was able to get all the stains out of both - literally no more pee smell. My dogs are usually very sensitive to cleaning products, but they had 0 reaction to theirs. If you're looking for a company that's honest, professional, effective, and doesn't treat you like you're just a number, book Healthy Carpet Care. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

The two guys who came were respectful and very nice. We needed four bedrooms and two rugs to be cleaned. Before they started, I was very emphatic that I didn't want any water leaking on our hardwood floors. Couldn't have been more clear. They said the connections to their hoses were good and they'd place towels under them as well. I left them to do their work. After they left we noticed a large stain in one room that had not been cleaned well - they should have pointed that out and told us why. Later I noticed a dried water stain about 4" x 8" on our hallway. I had seen a towel there under the hose earlier. They didn't mention that either. Carpet cleaning is a pretty basic job; the better companies give superior customer service and are honest about any issues. Maybe these guys were in a hurry; they told me when they left at 12:30 they had three more jobs. Won't be using them again. read more
