I find it funny you responded to my review from nearly 5 years ago. Of course I didn't work with you. I got more help in the self help clinics at the courthouse. The fact that you had no concern or anything of how I was to obtain this outrageous fee you were asking of a woman on limited income, it still has dumbfounded me. Lorriane charged me $1500 for a simple answer to a civil case for my small business, and a few weeks later, I got a notice that it was filed completely wrong. As a meter of law, I can not represent my company pro per. The court canceled the answer she submitted, and I found out that I needed to do it again...this time correctly. I called her to figure it out, and her response was: "It's not my problem. I'm busy," and she hung up on me. I wrote a short review about her firm, and the next day she called me and offered $500 back if I took off my review. She said she didn't know (!) that it was supposed to be submitted differently by the law. This response shocked me! I came to her to get professional help. She should know how to file the response if she offers this service and charges for it. I wasted money and time because I thought she was professional and knew what she was doing. I told her that getting only $500 from the $1500 I paid her for her mistake is fair and I'm not going to take it off unless she reimburses me or resubmits the documents in the correct way. I called this company and spoke to Lorraine who is the owner and asked her about small claims, she told me I need to collect on it and when I told her that the defendant is trying to file an appeal after the 30 day time limit what can I file and she told me she doesn't do small claims. i was told one price for a mediation hearing by Lorraine, then was suggested by her for an exparte hearing (which was more expensive) and got charged the greater amount than what was agreed to. Very rude and very unprofessional, besides getting yelled and shouted at over the phone and treated very poorly many times even from the first meeting, she took my money knowing the pending case I have would interfere with my new hearing and still charged me even though nothing happened in my favor. read more

I needed a restraining order against a family member. I went to All Valley Court Service and was assured that I could get one with their help. She insisted that because of my age we had to pursue a Senior Abuse order. Paperwork was prepared and filed after payment of a $700 fee. Hearing date arrived and the judge said that based on the content of the application it should have been filed as a Domestic Violence matter. She said that she was inclined to deny the order but decided to issue it for 2 years instead for the usual 3 given in DV cases. I called Lorraine to inform her of the wrong form issue and her response was a curt "What's the problem? You got it didn't you?" The case my wife and I presented was for the conservatorship of her adult son. The paperwork was written up as a child custody dispute. The paralegal insisted that both my wife and I be listed as guardians, however the court only allowed one conservator. They rejected most of the paperwork as incorrect. The court assigned an attorney to my mentally disabled step-son. This attorney had him evaluated and resubmitted the proper paperwork. Without his work, dedication and assistance to obtain what was best for my stepson, we would have been out thousands in legal and court fees without a resolution based on All Valley Paralegal's advice. I understand they are great for small claims, where you can't have a lawyer, and even have a few successful evictions here and there (probably small claims as well). Stay away from them for family law and anything where a lawyer will actually be able to help. I've never talked to this company about a house and am happily married. I am not unhappy with my life and I am not disabled. I work full time and am able bodied to do so. The comment below shows how much misinformation this person will give just to try and convince you that she knows anything about what she is talking about. In fact, when we had our interview with her, she started crying because she was going through her own divorce and having problems outside the workplace.
