Had recommend them to my Father in-law. He had fence about 5 years. Was told fence would never lose color. It started fading a few years back. Company doesn't return calls to address problem. We had a large job (300ft of fencing) and they were able to install in one day! Highly recommended! We went with a 4' vinyl picket fence. read more

Would not recommend, came out started a job never finished. Kept calling to see when they would finish and would get the run around multiple days. Finally someone called me back to tell me since they were out 1 day already they would have to start charging $150 an hour because of roots and because they had to come out a second day. Mind you, they worked 4 hours on one day and considered that a full day. Bob is a great bullshitter and Luke tells you youre practically a liar without those words coming out if his mouth. Charged us for one side of fence and two small front pieces more then half of the estimate as we decided to cancel. The way they do business is awful, I would never recommend them what so ever. The reason we were getting a fence is because we have 2 dogs and the neighbors behind us have 2 dogs, you think they wouldve done the back fence first so now we have an open yard as they took our old fence down. Would never recommend this company to anyone, EVER. We waited over a month to have the fence installed (Not a huge deal during COVID, I understand). After 2 days on the job the fence was still unfinished, come the third day no one showed up. After calling the office multiple times with no answer or a return phone call, I got a hold of the salesman who told me they had a "bigger job" that needed to get done today. What about my unfinished job? Better yet, how about a phone call telling me you weren't coming to finish the fence that day? So I ask for a call from the owner. Women beware! I HIGHLY doubt he would speak to a man the way he spoke to me. I actually paused and stated that I couldn't believe I was speaking to an owner of a business. He proceeded to tell me they had a job to complete that day because the customers were opening their swimming pool and it was a liability without a fence. I'm sorry but that is not my problem. And again- it'd be nice if you called me! Maybe then I'd be more understanding about my yard not being fenced in with 2 dogs that can get out. He then proceeds to tell me I am unreasonable, and they'll get there to finish basically whenever. They come the following day to finish the job and don't have the back gate to install! They tell us it was never ordered, another person says it's back ordered, total run around. Why was the gate never ordered or even late when we booked this job a month in advance? And it gets better! They come the next week to install the gate and it has a HUGE gap in the middle- my dog can fit through it, the latch didn't even touch and you could push it open. So I call the salesman again- who tells me a gap is normal. Are you joking? Why would I be getting a fence to keep my dogs in if they can fit through the gate? Guy comes out next day- the solution.... put a larger latch on gate. You've got to be kidding me- never addressed the gaping hole. I call AGAIN. Out they come again and their solution this time? To add another fence pole to my gate (yes attached to the opening gate) to make the gap smaller. WHAT!? A professional would remove the pole, move it to close the gap in the gate and reinstall. This company is a joke run by a true tool bag. Save your money and a headache and go somewhere else! read more

I would definitely recommend All Vinyl Fencing. We had 300+ feet of 6' vinyl privacy fence installed, which took 2 days (the first day was interrupted by rain, but they worked between rain showers). The crews were professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and thorough. They were very careful to work around gas and pool lines, and they completely cleaned up when the job was complete. The price was very reasonable, and we did get estimates from 5 companies before contracting with All Vinyl. Good job!! read more

Sales person told us it would take 2-4 weeks order time, and we should call the them once we had a pool instillation date. We told the sales person it would be 6-8 weeks from the day we signed, which would put us at mid-August to early September. Our sales person told us that would be NO problem. Two weeks later we received a call from All Vinyl telling us our installation date would be the end of October. We told the caller that was unacceptable, and not at all what the salesman told us. When we got an actual pool installment date a week later, we called back, left a message. Days later the owner phoned, yelled at us that we were rude and "seemed like the kind of people who would complain about everything once they got there" and stated he had left a message 2 weeks ago telling us they were dropping our contract. We never received any message. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced. Lies from the salesman, lies from the owner, and having the owner yell at us over the phone is what is unacceptable. read more

I will start with the positive, my fence looks great and the product seems to be of good quality. I had my fence installed by this company as well, big mistake! The company was provided with a survey of the property, and the property markers were still in place. It seemed fool proof, or so I thought. My fence was installed at a diagonal, the front was feet onto my neighbors property. To get the issue resolved I had to deal with the owner of the company. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully! I was told that it was a courtesy that they even returned to correct the problem. Thankfully I had paid by credit card and was able to dispute the charges. I was charged for 31 panels of fence when they had only used 28. The owner told me that the quote went by feet not panels. That would have been fine to go by feet, but since that wasn't what was on the quote we certainly were not going to change it up after the fact. I ended up having to turn the matter over to my father, it wasn't as easy to bully him. In the end I did end up getting a minimal amount credited. I don't think the credit was enough but it wouldn't have been worth it to get a lawyer. So bottom line...if you need a fence and don't care where they put it, then this is the company for you! read more
