They have a inventory of beautiful old houses slated for demolition that they will sell you (for $1 or so) if you pay for them to move the house to your lot. The moves can vary widely in price, and you will need to pay for the "wire costs", or all the cost of temporarily relocation overhead lines during the house move (usually done in the wee hours during weekends).
