I am very satisfied with their work and plan to contact them again for my next construction project. My project was to demolish and rebuild the external, entry stairs for my front porch and to demolish a large deck and build a balcony with staircase to replace it. I have attached pictures. The finished product was spot on to what he and I had discussed and was (most importantly) wife approved. Rafael serves as the foreman, and his crew of two performed the job. The project was completed in 4 days (more quickly than planned). They used excellent materials and recycled wood from the previous structures wherever possible and appropriate. I really appreciate his eye for sustainability. His crew was rarely idle and worked continuously without watching their cell phones. His bid was about 2/3s of the next lowest bid. My only criticism was that the job site was not cleaned completely (95% clean) and some tire mark damage to my lawn was not repaired. I discovered some of this after the crew had left. This is no big deal. Rafael is very particular about customer satisfaction and strives to make sure you are happy before final payment is made. If there is a problem, he assures you even after completion that he will return to make it right.

We asked them to use the old wood but we didn't ask them to leave it a mess and built it uneven. They didn't fill each concrete block's hole with concrete like they said, they just left it with gravel that is going everywhere now and are claiming that we never asked them to fill it with concrete. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. He won't respond to your messages while he working so he can later say that there's nothing in writing. What a waste. He left when I wasn't there because my parents don't speak English. I paid him when it was dark and he knew that I lived an hour away so I didn't see it in the daylight until a week later. I only paid him because he said he needed the money so I drove an hour to my parents house and looked at the work in the dark. Now when I text he just sends thumbs up and snarky comments. We changed an old tub for a wonderful upgrade, expanded the shower area, with high-end glass, added excellent tile work throughout (he has a great tile guy), changed counter-tops, and even moved a wall of 50 year old cedar panels to extend an existing wall. Were there hiccups along the way, sure. But now, several years later we are thrilled to use these rooms every day. We work at home and the lifestyle enhancement has been profound. Truth be told we did a good deal of research before and chose well with our components and visual choices. The paint work was superb (he has a great paint team too). The team had an amusing cast of characters and I enjoyed them. They took tremendous care to keep the spaces (bedroom next to the bath) absolutely clean and protected. It took a while with delays and fixes but now all I can say is we really appreciate all the effort that went in and Milt's good spirit to get it right. If you want a successful project like we experienced i'd say you might need to be an engaged partner in the process, that's what I did and the results speak for themselves.
