Installer promised to come out and fix for free after repeated follow ups. He never came. 3 years later I reached out due to some additional issues likely due to missing baffle , they said I'd have to pay for the baffle fix, walking back their promise to fix it for free. They also said they only warranty issues for 1 year. They also tried to tell me their records show my baffle is fine even though two separate inspections told me otherwise. If everything goes smoothly I'm sure this company is fine, but if you have any issues after significant overhaul good luck getting them fixed!
