After they got it to a point that I was able to use water they diagnosed the pump failure and pulled the pump. They then verified it out to double check it was not a control or float issue, pumps are expensive and they ensured it was indeed the issue before replacing it. Once that was completed they isolated the failed float and replaced it to ensure if there is an issue in the future it will alarm and prevent the backup. 100% will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They are an honest and fair family-owned buisness, exactly who i would want tobsupport!

There was some dripping of water inside of both tanks from tubes. 2 guys came out, one a prentice. Innards inside of both tanks were replaced, this did not fix the problem. They said there is a build up in the part of both toilets from that drain. I asked if they could snake it and I was told that snaking wouldn't help and both toilets would need to be replaced, at about $1,000 apiece. Both toilets were replaced about 10 years ago during a remodel. I bought that idea at first because I have hard water and I wasn't flushing every time. Tim called the next day to discuss everything. He tried talking me into getting 2 elongated toilets, which I don't like. He told me the round ones were more expensive. I felt like he was wanting to argue with me, pushing me for something I didn't want. I ended the conversation, called the office back a few days later and told them I wasn't going to have them back out. I had another company out AND that guy knew what the problem was within 5 min. There wasn't enough water coming into the toilet bowls. He cleared those out with a long lint brush and both toilets are working great. I am a senior on a limited income but I was smart enough to google a few things. I felt like I was being scammed into spending a lot of money for something I didn't need.

Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. All in all, great experience, these folks deserve their lofty reputation.

After that, it's been smooth sailing. They appear to have a strategy of cultivating customer satisfaction and confidence. If you're shopping around, these guys are a pretty safe bet.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch.
