Strangest business I've ever seen for a "tailor". He had us come to some dungeon looking room with…read moreno window in a back alley way. I thought it was strange that he sent multiple pictures of himself when sending us the directions to the parking area in the alley. Not only was it nowhere near set up for tailoring, but there was a cat hidden somewhere, and he was cooking his food in his half kitchen when we arrived. We walked down a long hallway to this closed off room, full of cat hair. We had it all over our clothes when we left. My sister and I are allergic & were having bad reactions when we left. The island counter top was too dirty to lean on. He had these big slabs of wood piled up in the middle of the floor, telling us not to trip over them. He only had this one little sheet covered corner for one person to change. The entire space looked cluttered, dangerous, and nothing similar to a professional workspace. While we were there he insulted us with his unprofessional, biased opinions and assumptions. He talked down on the suits we brought in and clearly just didn't know what he was doing or talking about. He claimed our suits weren't of quality material that he normally works with and talked down to us as if we were bums or couldn't afford to get any work done by him. Idk if it was a racist thing or he just needed money. He tried arguing back & forth with me when I had enough & I told him about his poor behavior. He let the disrespect carry on for a while, trying to go back and forth with me before he began profusely apologizing and offering to make my stepson and husband brand new suits to make up for his unprofessionalism. He must not have had any clients at the time because he was trying to squeeze us for $200 adjustments per suit. We literally ended up taking them to a cleaners because his service and experience was so horrible & we only paid $45 to have it perfectly tailored & pressed.

I recently purchased my second suit from Aaron and Rogues & Regs. Once again, the product I ordered…read moreexceeded my expectations. I requested a summer weight suit, appropriate for an out door summer wedding. Aaron managed to deliver a design that is truly one of a kind. He personally designed the hand stitched exterior pockets, as well as the interior deconstructed lining on the jacket. I placed the order within a tight delivery window which Aaron managed to meet without issue. It is for all of the above listed reasons that I would never consider purchasing a suit from another source. Thanks again for the great service and experience!

Went in for a quick suit,I was expecting to spend a couple hundred bucks based on their website and all their promotions. The service was pretty good, the gentleman that greeted us was attentive and quickly located one of the most expensive suits in the store for my husband, ok that's his job. The woman in the back was pretty miserable honestly. They put together a jacket, pants, shirt and tie to the tune of $735, I almost fell over. The jacket was over $400 alone. Now this may not be much for a suit for normal people but my husband is blue collar guy, he doesn't own a suit and neither of us expected this, again look at their website, all cheap. It's a nice suit, made in America so I'm OK with paying more for American made just not expecting the price. They even charge you 10 cents for the shopping bag, really? I'm not barking over 10 cents just the point. The pants needed to be hemmed, took 4 days, came out good charged$ $7 for hem.. jacket needs to. fitted, they say it's free but I don't believe them. If I pay 700 dollars for a suit just eat the $10 to be hem and fitted my opinion anyway. Anyway, nice suit but pricey and the service wasn't stellar. Excessive on upcharges

In fact, one time, when we were there, a thunderstorm knocked out the power and the team still managed to work by flashlight to get what we needed accomplished! They were stellar! That's what I call true customer service dedication! Unfortunately, there are A LOT of people in this world who have a "sense of entitlement" and believe that some people exists only to service them. Well, wake up people! The folks at Men's Warehouse are there to help you LOOK your best. The rest, I'm afraid, is up to you. And that alone, it is scary thought in humble opinion.

I remember my father shopping here for many years. This is a fairly high-end men's store and, I…read moreadmit, I was stunned by the pricing when I first started to look around. But I needed a suit for a wedding in Chicago. I went in there on the 7 days before the wedding, and I was only going to be in Easton for a few more days (counting the weekend). The store owner remembered my father well and we had a nice time reminiscing. He really remembered my dad well. It would have been at least ten years since he shopped there. When I told him what I needed he immediately pulled out the perfect suit. At that point, being Friday, I told him I needed it on Monday since I was flying out on Tuesday. I don't know what their typical turnaround time is for something like this but it was clearly much shorter than it typically takes. They had their tailor at the store and he didn't work weekends or Mondays. They asked him if he could come in on Monday to get this done, and he agreed. We also outfitted the suit with a new shirt and tie. The total was more than I planned on spending but I need a new suit anyway. This one could be used for any affair wear you need to wear a suit. I tried it on and it fit like a glove. Wore it to the wedding and had lots of compliments about it. I'm thrilled with the service I received and would highly recommend, if you are in the Easton, PA area, to stop in.
