I paid $437.59. Within DAYS the unit stopped working AGAIN so they sent the technician back out. He spent 5 minutes, removed the filter this time and said THAT was the problem. I paid ANOTHER $253.75. Two days later the unit stopped working AGAIN. I called another company and that company was immediately able to find the problem. There wasn't enough FREON in the unit! The technician from General Air never checked the FREON. When I called the manager to let them know what the other company found was the problem - she was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THEM. Call Blue Ridge Heating and Air - they know what they are doing and will actually fix your problem

My winter HVAC service was skipped and my annual 2025 generator service was skipped......however I had paid for them.
