Also, looking out for additional upselling where I am sure they are encouraged to get maintenance agreements. and additional items from the client. Everything was explained in detail and I was informed on what is needed and what would be preventative including a service plan. I know that it would likely be in my best interest but since we are selling our property in the near future I explained why I didn't want one. The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

They sent another crew out who bad-mouthed the first crew. We were out of AC for 8 days in 90 degree heat. Poor communication, poor followup and they are under new management. Phil Esposito's no longer owns the company. They may be cheaper but sometimes you get what you pay for

As of today, we were forced to install an entirely new HVAC unit to replace the one we purchased…read moreonly 15 months ago from Energy Sharks. The original unit we were sold is no longer manufactured with replacement parts available. After waiting extensively for a resolution, we ultimately had no choice but to move forward with purchasing a new unit - this time the correct size. During this process, we also learned that the explanations previously given to us, by Energy Sharks ,that the problems were due to using the wrong filters, that the system was filthy, and that nothing could be done - were false. The new installer worked directly with York to help us secure another unit, but we still incurred an additional cost of $6,200 for installation. In total, within just 16 months, we have spent over $15,000 to have a functional HVAC system - double what the actual cost should have been. My concern remains that others may be misled or treated as poorly as we have been, and I do not want additional consumers to experience the same level of frustration and financial burden. I would encourage everyone to just look through the recent reviews to see how bad this company has become. New ownership came with horrible people.

During July, 2021, we had a new Carrier HVAC system installed to provide heating & Cooling to our…read more1st floor in our home. Bailey Heating & Cooling did a great job in performing this upgrade. However, during the Fall PM Maintenance call, the Service Technician indicated that the system was 2+ lbs low on refrigerant. Since it seemed like we were having a refrigerant leak, a Service Technician was scheduled to go over the 1st floor system to see where the problem was. After nearly 4-5 hours investigating & troubleshooting the system, no leak was ever identified and the system held vacuum when all of the refrigerant was removed. Since no leak was found, the Service Tech charged the system to the factory required refrigerant spec and left. The Service Manager indicated that Bailey H&C would comeback after in early 2023 to re-check the system. I was very pleased & quite impressed by the Service Tech's HVAC knowledge & his "state of the art" instrumentation was beyond anything I had ever seen. Fast Forward to FEB/ 2023 and Bailey scheduled the same Service Tech that investigated the system during the fall of 2022. After checking the outside unit during a cooling cycle, he determined that the unit performed as designed. But when we changed the system over to the heating mode, he saw something he didn't like and said he was going into the crawl space to investigate the air handler. He did this investigation during last fall's visit, but this time he removed a wiring panel cover for the air handler since the unit was not performing per design. Low & behold, he fold that he air handler was not wired properly for 2-stage operation and this apparently occurred during the original installation back in JUL/2021. After he wired the air handler for proper operation for a 2-stage system in conjunction with the 1-stage condenser outside, the system performed flawlessly in both cooling & heating modes. After verifying all system performance parameters, he re-charged the system to factory specs and left our home. I can't say enough about the Service Tech that came to our house. He was persistent in diagnosing the system's performance and made the extra effort to pinpoint the problem, correct the problem and then spending the time to verify the operational performance of the system under all conditions. HE spent time explaining to me what he was doing each & every step along the way and shared how the system should perform & why our system wasn't meeting those design standards. He is welcome at our house any time!

On top of that, they never performed a Manual J calculation, which is standard and critical to properly size an HVAC system. This felt misleading and scammy. I strongly suggest that anyone considering doing business with them do their researchfirst -- their prices are far higher than comparable options elsewhere.

They would not give a quote over the phone to install a sink faucet. They had to come to house to…read moresee and provide quote. $300 to install sink faucet. I said goodby but had to pay $35 travel fee. I will never use this company and will recommend friends do not use. I did the job myself with problems. It took me about 1 hour therefore paid myself $300/hour. I'm sure they could have done it in 1/2 hour at $300.

No call until 1:45 mins later telling me he was not coming he got an emergency call. Rescheduled for 4 days later for First Service 8:00 am appointment. No Show. No Call again by 9:00 am. Called their answering service. They don't know where he was, said, he must be on emergency call. I'm not sure if this was an employee of Corley scheduled or did they subcontract out the call. Corley doesn't honor their promises/commitments. I will never call them again.
