All I can say is that Nick and his crew went above and beyond to replace our entire A/C system, although they were contracted through a Home Warranty company. I can't say anything good about the home warranty company, but Nick and Sonya both bent over backwards to fix and correct the warranty company's mistakes. They fought to keep my out of pocket costs low, and to actually get the right equipment ordered and installed. We did not have A/C for 4 weeks near the end of summer, and the home warranty company was giving us the run-around for equipment, out of pocket costs, etc. Nick spent hours on the phone fixing all their mistakes, and repeatedly reached out to me to let me know what was going on. Once the installation was finally done, his crew came out and replaced the system in an afternoon with no problems. It is so good to have someone who actually cares about getting you up and running (we have 2 kids who are 5 and 2, and the house was above 85 degrees for almost two weeks). I only wish we didn't have to go through the home warranty company, because Nick and his crew would have done it right away. My central air conditioner stopped working during one of the most severe heat waves we have experienced. Since I had an insurance policy for my air conditioning, I called the insurance company to get someone out to fix it. They sent someone right away from one company. A mechanic did come out to investigate and told me that there was an issue with the blower motor, which had to be replaced. That was the last that I had heard from that company. After about a week and a half with no response, I got back to the insurance company, demanding that they send me some other company. FINALLY, I got some results. The Right Way HVAC & APPLIANCE SPECIALISTS did come out, diagnose the issue, order and receive the needed part, and install it with no issues (problems) at all. They were very pleasant to work with and efficient in getting the problem (broken motor) resolved. I am now able to again stay in my own house rather than my friend's, and enjoy a cool environment!! GREAT SERVICE! They came out right away after getting put in touch with then by our warranty company. They were able to diagnose our furnace to be completely done and nonfunctional - it was 85° in our house because our AC system was no longer blowing air at all. A day later they were able to come and remove our old furnace and install a new one to ensure our cooling system is operational. Upon installing the new equipment they realized the wiring that was done for the original furnace was done poorly so that the wiring melted/fused together. They were able to rectify this unexpected issue (even though it was not their mistake!) and were efficient. My fiancé and I are very grateful for their quick and excellent service. I would 100% recommend them. Rick is a very knowledgeable guy. He is also very honest. As soon as they found out that our heating was not working on a very cold day, they came right away and got to work. Rick diagnosed the issue right away and instead of telling me that it will take some time to get the part, he set up a temporary fix so we dont have to stay cold. Next day, he came and replaced the said part, gave us some helpful tips for the system. Such nice people- he even gave me recommendations for cable tv. This company came to our condo to look at our air conditioning, they had it running within a half hour. But that's not all, our unit has been out since June 1, another company came out and determined that it had died. We have a warranty service so it was in their hands for review. After much noncompliance by that incompetent company, the right way people came out, and found and fixed the issues that were missed. I will and certainly use them again. On Friday my ac stopped working, i put a claim in with my warranty company and got the right way. I got a appt for monday 9-5... rick my technician came around noon. Checked out my ac and said motor to be replaced but it was rare, luckily he went back to the office and found one. He called me back and returned in a few hours to fix it. Spoke to the owners, who don't care and back their employees criminal intent. Even after showing pics/vids they still stand by their misogyny and refuse to make it better. This place is scum. Right Way had installed a new Air Conditioning system in my home last year. I was satisfied with the experience and it was working great. I was stunned when the new system did not work a couple of days ago. When I called, they assured me they would fix the problem. As promised, yesterday they arrived and diagnosed the problem with a wire. They replaced the wire with no charge. These guys were on time and were professional. My furnace needed a Thermocouple. Although he did not have one on the truck, he ran to the center of town and got one in about 10 minutes.
