I inserted the 50 euro for a 1/2 liter and the perfect goodness came pouring out. I extracted the bottle and we drank it right then and there. Oh, the happiness! This is when I knew Italy would truly become home for the next few years. Of course I had to purchase another bottle to take back to our room. We bring our own bottles, so I don't remember how much an empty bottle is - I think €1 for plastic and €2 for glass. The only reason why this has four stars and not five is because you have to bring change for the milk machine (bottle machine takes paper euro also), which sometimes causes a frantic search through the pockets and car seats.
