Young female vet tried to high pressure me to buy expensive meds while delaying the purpose of the visit - an eye infection until the end. They didn't work and he was then taken to Huron. I have been using this facility for a long time, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I left my dog in their care for a week, and during her stay she was seriously injured and ultimately required surgery. When they initially contacted me, I was told that she had tried to escape and was hurt as a result. Later, I learned that the actual cause of her injuries was an attack by another dog. What upsets me most is not only that my pet was hurt, but that I was not given accurate information about what happened. Trust and honesty are essential when leaving a beloved pet in someone else's care. The lack of transparency surrounding this incident has caused me to lose confidence in their services. I am deeply saddened by what my dog went through and disappointed by how the situation was handled. read more

Took my dog here and Amy was a bitch. She doesn't care about your pets or the customers. I have a dog that is scared of other people because he was abused most of his life and Amy was annoyed that my dog didn't want to go near her. Like it was inconvenient. I then followed Amy back to where the dogs are kenneled and there was poop and pee on the walls and some dogs were covered in their own feces. It was dried on, so I know it was sitting for a while. None of dogs that I saw had freshwater and some didn't have any water. I asked her about the waters and the cleanliness and she said "oh it's fine". It was 90 degrees that day. When I came back to pick up my dog, I noticed again that no dogs had water and there was still poop on the walls. My dog stayed there a week. If you love your pets, you won't take them to this vet. read more

AWFUL PLACE ! I took my lab here for 8 years and for the first 7 years they were great and reasonably priced. Just 3 months ago one of the "substitute" vets noticed a 8 inch mass on my dog and said he needed to go into surgery because of how big the mass was. So i scheduled the surgery and went in a week after finding out about it. He went in for the surgery and after he the surgery he went 2 weeks without eating ! I called the vet and asked them what was up with that and they said it was normal for him to lose his appetite? FOR TWO WEEKS!!?!?!?!? So i decided to take him to the er instead. After that i had a post surgery check up and they said everything looked normal just a little fluid in the spot he had surgery which according to them is "normal". After that visit my dog woke up in a POOL of blood (2nd picture) the picture doesn't show ALL the blood but my dog couldn't get up keep in mind he still hadn't eaten since the surgery!!!! AND THATS NORMAL?!?!?!?!? so I called the vet again for the 10th time since the surgery with all these issues and with this issue they said and i quote "Well it's not our fault your dog is bleeding there is nothing we can do about it." I CRIED AFTER HEARING THAT. How are all of you people so heartless ! After that I took them to a vet hospital and they RUSHED my dog to the back didn't ask any questions they saw my dog was covered in blood and took him straight to the back. NO HESITATION. Don't train your dog here! I had my dog get trained here and it was a true waste of money $3000 dollars. His trainer was Jonathan, he said it was a life training to start and never even followed up after training. The training was only two weeks to start and ended up being almost two months. My dog returned the same of even worse. When I have left him for boarding, they never are able to get him his shots because they can't get near him. And from Jonathan's own words he once even said that my dog was not suitable for daycare "HE TRAINED HIM" So upset because the training was expensive, the clinic doesn't care since he was only contracted. $3000 down the drain. They don't even deserve the one star, only got it because I had to put one! Dr. David Ray Yedo saw my baby on 12/04/24 around noon to microchip my puppy. When he walked in, he didn't introduce himself to me or Blaze. He didn't even say one word to us. When he walked in Blaze hid under the chair, as he is afraid of men. Yedo would have known that if he talked to us. He the. Raised his voice to me and said "Can you move him away from the chair!!" I'm thinking well I am not a mind reader!! He then proceeded to kneel down and grab my dog by the handle on his harness and yank him toward him. He was trying to get the tag in his harness. He did not have it open enough. So he huffed and puffed and went and grabbed the pliers. Came back and kneeled down and again, grabbed my dog by the handle on his harness and yanked him towards him. He got the tag on him finally. He then rudely slammed his hand down on my dog, grabbed a big chunk of his skin, held on to it so tight. Then he jammed the needle in him so hard and fast, pushed down on the needle to inject the chip. Rudely pulled out the needle and was done. Did not say I'm finished, or we're done, or you will or will not expect this.... He said nothing!! I went and paid and left. On the way home I went to pet my poor baby because the way he was treated by Yedo. My hand was full of blood. I grabbed napkins to try and wipe the blood up. He was bleeding so much, the napkins were just soaking up the blood as fast as I put them on him. So I had a beanie on my dashboard. So I grabbed that and had my son who was sitting in the backseat reach to the front seat and apply pressure to it. When I got home I sent a txt and asked if it was normal for him to be bleeding like that. Their response was to wrap an ice pack in a towel and put it on the area for 15mins. And if that didn't help to let them know. I was definitely NOT going to take him back there where Yedo abused my dog and traumatized him. He's been through enough as a puppy. He was dumped off in a Walmart parking lot in the show, he was freezing. Had no food or water, the blanket was full of pee and poop. Thanks to Yedo my poor baby has more trauma to add to his life!! read more

I started using this clinic about 2 years ago. I was initially pleased with the staff and the pricing as so many other vets have gotten so out of control with their prices. I took 2 of my dogs in a couple days ago. One needed a blood draw due to some medication he is on and I asked for nail trims for both dogs. I was completely appalled at the price!! The last time I brought my dogs in for a nail trim it was $16.50 per dog. This time it was $29!!!! Outrageous!! The last blood draw was under $100. This time it was over $200!!! I don't know what is going on but I will be looking elsewhere for veterinary care. read more

Long story short, do not bring any animal here. "Doctor" Jolene Soares is absolutely terrible with dogs. I have a 6.5 year old European Great Dane. She complained the entire time about her drool. She dog shamed me both times we had an appointment with her. At our very first visit, it was for a wellness exam which included two vaccinations that my girl needed updated. I was forced to hold her head AGAINST A WALL because she was afraid of my dog. I was also told that she has behavioral because she was panting and pacing. Again, this was the first time my dog has seen a Vet other than our normal vet in Genesee. She was NERVOUS YOU IDIOT. She was very prompt to keep telling my dog that she was a "bad girl" and made her even more anxious. Second visit - we needed a blood test. Much of the same. Had to hold her head against the wall while they drew her blood. The "doctor" didn't even acknowledge my husband or myself. Just directed us on what to do. Against my better judgement, I brought her back for an X-Ray on her back and hips. I dropped my dog off at 7:30am and was told that I couldn't pick her up until between 4:00=5:00pm, which I have never experienced, but considering the amount of animals they have on the facility I overlooked it. After I checked in, we were brought to a separate building where the "boarding is". Upon walking into said building, all you hear is barking and dogs literally screaming. I should have turned around and just cancelled the entire procedure. When I picked up my dog, she was obviously sedated, which I expected. What I didn't expect was that my girl would be BLEEDING FROM EVERY F'ING TOE NAIL (as shown in the attached pictures). She was also so sedated that she was IMMOBILE for almost 48 hours - which has NEVER HAPPENED at her previous clinic. Whenever I call the office, no one is ever available. I left a message about this issue, I did receive a call back a few hours later (right before they closed) stating that their techs "try not to clip the quicks, but it happens sometimes".... my question is, when the first one was clipped, why not be a little more careful? Not only was my dog IMMOBILE due to sedation and her nail clipping, but I also had to fire a f'ing carpet cleaning company to clean our floors due to the massive amount of blood EVERYWHERE. FINALLY, I've since asked my previous clinic to reach out to get her records - of which should belong to me considering I've paid for services rendered. They still have yet to respond and I have no clue what the status is of her X-Ray scans. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The amount of money and stress bringing my dog here is way beyond than what I could have ever expected. Personal message to the extremely rude staff and specifically to "Doctor" Soares, find a different profession outside of the Veterinary field. I dropped my dog off to be boarded over the weekend. I sent Allbrick his up to date vaccination records. However, when it was time to pick him up and pay, the total was higher than I expected. When I asked why, they said they gave him bordetella and lepto. My dog had received these FOUR days prior from his primary vet so Allbrick DOUBLE VAXXED him. When I asked why, they said they don't know how it was overlooked and apologized. Although my dog is and will be fine, I find this incredibly ignorant and unacceptable. My dog went thru undue stress and thank goodness it was not a vaccine that could harm him when given twice. Not to mention, the front desk receptionist was very callous and rude. Some sympathy would have been nice. The office manager was much nicer and more empathetic and did offer me a discount for his stay. Desk staff are lazy and incompetent. I came in for an appt at 3 pm only to be told that the vet had an emergency that morning and had to leave early. I'm not upset about that, but I am upset that NO ONE contacted me to let me know. The receptionist initially tried to tell me that someone had called me, but when I stated that I had not missed any calls she admitted that it did not appear anyone had tried to contact me. They had my phone and email, but did not try to contact me via either method. I drove an hour through Denver on a Saturday just to have my time wasted, because the front desk staff didn't feel like doing the bare minimum of communication. read more

If I couldn't give any stars I would, terrible service if you don't want to be scammed and poorly attended don't come here and I'm going to tell you my story, I scheduled an appointment for my dog 10 days in advance to do an ultrasound and I had to pay in advance $525.00 and when the day of the appointment arrives that was at 8:00 in the morning they tell me that I have to leave my dog and pick her up at 5 in the afternoon and I ask why so much time if it's just an ultrasound what they have to do and I They say that the doctor was not there and they didn't know what time he arrived so the dog had to stay and I told them but they didn't tell me that the day I made the appointment, and I said well I want to be present when they do the ultrasound and they tell me that it's not possible because if the pet gets nervous, and I answered you can believe that my dog is going to get nervous being present that in my absence I don't think it's like that and that's when I started thinking why I'm going To trust if they don't let me be present that if they really give the ultrasound and wanting me to leave her for so many hours when my little dog has never been left alone in an unknown place without me and I told them to cancel the appointment because I'm not going to leave my dog and they tell me then you have to pay $185 to cancel and I replied but if those who are failing are you my appointment was at 8:00 in the morning it's 9:00 and the doctor hasn't arrived and they don't even know what time he's going to arrive. I was really super upset with this bad service I'm not going to recommend it at all and I hope that whoever takes his pet there nothing happens to him because my little dog arrived trembling and only the urine came out when they gave it to me read more

I recently had to put one of my beloved dogs to sleep. After a few days of mourning, I realized that my remaining dog, my beloved male Cane Corso, was suffering without his lifelong companion, so I decided to search for a very special female Cane Corso, to go with him. I found her at a breeder in Washington state. The only problem is that she was not going to be delivered until mid-June... I used that time to set up the ear cropping. The Vet that did the ear cropping on my current dog had passed away from Covid symptoms a few weeks earlier, so I was forced to find another vet. I was referred to Allbrick, by a breeder in the area. From the start, I was concerned, as when I first called, I spoke to one of the rudest young ladies of all time. She literally hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another female, who was not much nicer. I agreed to set-up the ear crop for six weeks later, and paid a deposit, as I would have my puppy by then. Then I started reading the reviews on their clinic. They are nearly all very bad, and some are horrendous. Then, I realized that you only get to choose three cuts, short, show, and long... Which is astounding, as every other vet who does this procedure allows you to provide the cut you want, and they cut that... Also, You never meet the vet, and simply have to trust them to do a good job. Based upon a sample of the show cut, which would have been my choice, that the breeder who referred me to them had on one of his male dogs, that I did not like, I called again, about two weeks after I made the appointment. The lady that I spoke to was a mental midget, and was very unfriendly. In the sample picture on their web site of a Cane Corso puppy with their show crop, and the referring breeders dog, with the show cut, the vet cuts through the bell, or round area at the base of the ear. However the rude, female, "mental midget" denied that "her vet" cuts the bell... I started to point out that she has a corso puppy on her web site with the bell cut, but realizing that I would never, based upon the huge amount of negative reviews, and unsatisfactory samples I had seen, let her wash my very expensive Cane Corso, let alone crop her ears, I cancelled my appointment and relinquished my deposit. However, I first clarified, "Do I get to speak with the vet"? "Do I get to have any feedback about how my expensive puppy's ears are cropped"? Of course the answer to both was no... Hilarious and bizarre... This clinic is terrible. The staff is rude, the vet is uncaring and does not have the respect for himself and his clients, to meet with you, or even speak with you on the phone, and he does terrible work. ALLBRICK neutered our 14 year old dog back in March when he went in for teeth extraction. I don't know... how would you feel? To be honest, I am livid how ALLBRICK performed unnecessary neutered surgery on my airman son's dog, Tobe, without our knowledge or consent. If I could sue for veterinary malpractice.... I would. I have sat on this because the vet called my daughter, Nicole, the day after the surgery in March and said that ALLBRICK would perform the correct surgery of course, and not charge us for it. Obviously, that would the the right thing to do if one had integrity. Now they've changed their mind. DEFINITION OF MALPRACTICE; IMPROPER, ILLEGAL OR NEGLIGENT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OR TREATMENT, ESPECIALLY BY A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER, LAWYER, OR PUBLIC OFFICIAL. I'm sure if Tobe had a say in any of this, he would indeed feel like a victim of medical malpractice. Back story.... My daughter took our 14-year-old sheltie in to ALLBRICK for teeth extraction due to decay March, 2022. 2 weeks prior to that, she had to take him in for blood work. When Nicole and her fiancé went that afternoon to pick Tobe up... They were told that Tobe was NEUTERED. The receptionist supposedly had that in his file. How does getting teeth extractions go to being NEUTERED!!???? They CASTRATED OUR PET WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT BY PERFORMING THE WRONG SURGERY. The manager attempted to make it seem like it was NO BIG DEAL. The manager's exact words to my daughter... "Well, what are we going to do about it. IT IS WHAT IT IS." The vet did have the decency to call my daughter the next day, and apologized and in his own words described the surgery as a horrible accident and that has never happened before. It's not just the wrong surgery that I'm upset about. I had to care for him for 2 weeks with that cone on his head, trying to keep him as comfortable as possible. I helped him outside to do his business. Put a railing so he wouldn't try to go upstairs, change his bowls out and make sure he could eat and drink when he needed. This unnecessary surgery caused Tobe a great deal of pain and undue stress, on top of the undue stress it caused me and the additional time it took to care for Tobe. PRESENT DAY... My daughter took Tobe 2 weeks ago for his blood workup... again. June 8, 2022, yesterday morning, Nicole picks him up from my home, dropped him off at ALLBRICK for the teeth extraction. At least they got it right this time but... instead of completing what needed to be done, ALLBRICK decided to only pull 20 teeth and then tells Nicole that Tobe will have to be brought back for a 3RD SURGERY to have 4 more extractions done at the cost of $100 per tooth and in their writing at the bottom of the Post Operation Instruction page needs to be done ASAP. My daughter said she felt like they acted like they were doing us a "favor" yesterday and THEN STILL CHARGED US $131.84 for yesterday, which she paid. The vet said it would be covered due to their ineptness. Now they said that it was more work than they thought before... FYI, in business, you don't tell the customer one thing and then change what you told them you'd do the work for. I had a drapery workroom, and I lowballed a job or 2 when I gave estimates before I got the job in my workroom. But I honored that estimate, I didn't tell them it was more work, so you pay me more after I was done. AFTER THE VET TOLD MY DAUGHTER OVER THE PHONE IN MARCH 2022, THAT OF COURSE THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND DO THE CORRECT SURGERY AND NOT CHARGE SINCE THEY NEUTERED OUR 14-YEAR-OLD PET WITHOUT OUR CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE. ALLBRICK MUTILATED OUR PET BY CASTRATING HIM. The surgery they performed by neutering Tobe has changed him. He's not the same dog he's been. He appears to be more nervous, jumpy. He used to be more playful, he didn't act like an old dog, now he does. He wants to sleep all day. He used to bark at us, he's a sheltie, when we'd start dancing in the kitchen with my 4-year-old granddaughter when a favorite song would come on over Alexa. Now, he stays in the other room in his bed instead of joining us. I read where neutering changes the behavior of the animal. Tobe was castrated and we did NOT consent to that. All because of ALLBRICK Vet ineptness. Tobe's organs they took out won't grow back. It's not like a haircut or nail trim. Tobe is my son's dog since Tobe was 6 weeks old in 2007. My airman son, Staff Sargent David Miller, 26, in the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, since 2017, was distraught after being told about Tobe being neutered without any of our knowledge or consent. My airman was and now again, very upset that his pet for the last 14 years, had to have the correct 2ND surgery and now ALLBRICK is stating that they couldn't complete the extraction surgery yesterday, due to the additional cost of $100 per tooth. Found our new vet clinic for sure as I didn't feel taken advantage of for my dogs services or shots I called Wednesday and they scheduled me for the following Tuesday! Wow! my baby was neutered, pain meds, cone, and flu shot for $140ish. His stitches look great and he is recovering nicely. After dealing with her disgusting, incompetent attitude and going back and forth about her not being able to find my dog in the system because THEY spelled his name wrong I asked for a manager. The computer was down so they couldn't take card I had to pay cash. 2 weeks later they're calling me up and saying I owe them $38.07 that they didn't charge me for due to their computers were down. Prices are decent but service and care are severely lacking as well as communication. I've never seen such a mismanaged Vet clinic. No one ever knows anything and if I ask a specific question I'm always told someone will call you back. After 3x of asking I'm finally giving up and taking ALL of our business elsewhere. They don't really care about me or my dogs. Boarding , ugh! Just don't , unless you want your pet to come home with kennel cough. We boarded one a d brought her home only to infect the other two dogs. When I called to get them in , since now they were ALL so sick they didn't have time for over two weeks, we had to go elsewhere. I'll gladly go elsewhere, where it may be more expensive , but at least the treatment, care and communication don't give me a migraine every time I go there with my dogs. One star is one too many: Two of my dogs died after being seen here. The first point I want to make is do not take your beloved family member here. No matter the circumstance, no matter the financial burden, I want to warn you to not take your animal to this clinic. My dogs were seen for dental cleanings on Dec. 11, 2018. My dogs: * Sahara (11-year old Yorkshire terrier) - deceased Dec. 14, 2018 * Scarlet (12-year old Cairn terrier) - deceased Dec. 24, 2018 * Sawyer (13-year old Silky terrier) I never read the reviews before I took my three dogs here for dental cleanings. If I had, I may have changed my mind and two of my three dogs may still be alive. My dogs were seen for blood work prior to dental cleanings. My dogs have never in 11 -13 years had any issues with a dental cleaning. I figured a dental cleaning was routine and I wanted to keep my little guys mouths healthy. Instead what I got were two dogs that I had to suddenly say goodbye to within 10 days of each other after being seen by Allbrick. In January I finally wrote the owner Dr. Yedo about the tragedy that occurred. I wanted answers. What I got back was a very aggressive and blaming phone call from one of his partners. I was brought to tears while at work. This man told me that basically it was my fault my 'two old dogs with medical issues' died. My terriers were 11 and 12 years old. And my Cairn terrier has stage 2 kidney disease; her kidneys were certainly not failing before they put her under anesthesia. This clinic has ZERO compassion, empathy or care about animals. I received a response from Dr. Yedo in February. The first thing I noted in the letter was the lies of recommended treatment. Thing is I have the medical report and what he indicated is just not true. Secondly I noted the unsympathetic response that not one, but two of my animals under his care had perished within weeks of being seen by his office. Not to mention I have a credit of $15 on my account and they will not send it. I have requested this money back four times. It's only $15 but still nothing. I have filed a complaint with the state regulatory agency for veterinary medicine. I'm sure Dr. Yedo will have some condescending and equally unsympathetic response to this negative review. You are certainly something else sir. I am baffled to why you are even in the business of caring for animals. Again my goal from this review, as an animal lover and potential Allbrick customer, is to tell you to just go somewhere else. I am really trying to figure out how this place and this vet (the owner) still has his license. My friend just had a horrible experience not once but 5 times in one day. But between her and all these one star reviews. This place is a horror story. I would highly recommend you run fast and far with your furry kids from this place. I called for a refill for my dogs seizure meds. I have been going there for ten years and have had to pay for 300 dollars worth of tests every six months to keep getting his meds. Today they finally returned my call and said my vet won't be in for three more days, and they won't refill his meds unless I come in then and pay for all those tests. With covid hitting my family hard, I don't have the money. After ten years of never having a problem they were cruel on the phone. I asked if they could do a few days worth of pills until Friday when she is there, and they said no. So I said I know cutting him off is going to kill him by then. She very rudely said "well I'm sorry". I asked if she would have the other vet call me. She said no. I'm devastated, and now I have to watch my best friend die. read more

AWEFUL!!!! I understand that COVID-19 is putting everyone a little on edge. It doesn't, however, give employees there the right to treat their customers HORRIBLY, not to mention the way that the business itself is now being run. You do the check-in IN PERSON, then they tell you to go sit in your car and they will call you. I was expecting a phone call- you know, the decent, professional way to do business. Instead, I heard the front office person screaming my name across the parking lot. Good thing I had my window rolled down a bit. I grab my dog and proceeded to go inside for my appointment only to be yelled at by the VERY rude front office person. "You have to wait outside!", she said. I told her that my name was just called and I had an appointment. She said "oh, ok, go sit over there in that chair and they'll be right with you". My experience with the vet wasn't any better, (save for the very sweet vet-tech). She was very curt, dismissive and disrespectful. At the end of the examination Of my dog's leg, I asked what she thought about CBD for my dog's arthritis and she said "well it's not regulated so I don't really know". She was obviously done with me and my dog at that point so I went to the front to pay the bill for my "appointment". The same VERY RUDE front office lady was yelling at another customer. It is obviously a VERY toxic, chaotic, unorganized place to work. Two people didn't have their mask on right at all and there was ZERO social distancing for the employees or the customers. I left and payed when I got home. Looks like the owners are more concerned about their bottom line than the safety of everyone involved. Hope it was worth losing a patient forever. If you do not want to be scam nor treat like a child, DO NOT take your pet to this clinic. Here are the reasons: 1. Staff has an attitude the moment when you go in. 2. Charge you for extra shots for the dog that doesn't need that at that moment. They put two dots on a box as a yes and when I signed it last week they said that means no. The other dog's box has the name of the shot written in which I agreed with... but the other one has dots in the box and have a 2 that got crossed and put 1 next to. They still claim that means 2 dogs needed and that's how they do their business. 3. Bring you the owner just so you can be treated like a child again. Pretty much told me that this is their way of conducting business. 4. Yell at you that you should not be talking to other customers when you are there, even when it is because everyone else there are complaining about the same issue. (Thought we have freedom of speech) I will not go in anymore because the shady business practices should not be awarded. I will take my money to spend somewhere else. If you ever had problems with them please share just so our community knows about this. Local businesses should be awarded with honest business practices but definitely not this one. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES THERE! 11/11/2022 **ZERO STARS (NOT EVEN A 1 STAR)** Let me start by saying HORRIBLE way to run a practice! I made the decision to go to them again because of their "pricing" I was told for a cleaning and extractions the price starts at $220.00 for cleaning and pain meds and antibiotics & $15 per tooth extraction up to $75.00 and WOULD NOT be charged more than $75 dollars extra. So give or take $400 dollars tops is what I am expecting. I was given NO rough estimate (LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN - per the vet tech that looked in her chart for the estimate) that OOPS was NEVER GIVEN TO ME OR ACTUALLY WAS NEVER EVEN MADE FOR ME (as she's looking for it she states we are suppose to make an estimate for everyone & it should be in the chart) so coincidently enough SUPRISE NO ESTIMATE! So I get a phone call while my dog is in surgery for her teeth removal/cleaning (which fine, that was explained to me that I could get a call if they needed anything from me to be available by phone that day). So in the call the vet tech says I need your okay to finish up her extractions and your price is now $1200.00. So let me get this straight I came to you guys because of the price that went from possibly $400.00 and is NOW $1200.00. If you're a person that is not in for BIG SUPRISES like this one - DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Lastly, I went that evening to pick my baby up and to speak to office manager (who of course left already) so I was told "You can take your dog and not pay anything until you speak to the office manager, BUT we WILL NOT give you ANY pain meds or antibiotics for her." WTH????? I said I am not unwilling to pay you something, I JUST WILL NOT pay you $1200 when I was told by the VET $400 tops.... *** So not only do they give you a verbal BS estimated price BY THE VET. They also REFUSE to give pain meds and antibiotics to your baby that just had extensive dental care! *** WHO THE HELL runs a practice like this one?????? Everyone at this clinic is extremely rude with exception of the nice new girl! The vet does not even seem to like animals and has absolutely no bedside manner towards us or our pet. The desk ladies were more interested in their own personal conversation than checking us out upon our departure. read more
