Fabulous location and amazing customer service. There always tends to be street parking when I've come here, but keep in mind that it does get busy around this area. The place is so clean and neat. They have great seating area while you wait! They also have a complimentary puppy bar with treats for our dog babies! They also have coffee and water for the humans! Overall the staff is friendly and thoughtful into their approach. Coming here has been a great experience and continues to set Chewy apart from the rest. They also have mailed us so many cool things, gift cards, dog tags, and hand painted portraits! Thank to all the staff here!

Frankie always getting in trouble!

I have been looking for a new vet for Frankie as the one I had for 30 years retired. I was very hesitant about it until Frankie had an UTI emergency, and I contacted Chewy, who gave me the 877 number for Chewy VetCare. I was truly impressed with the service and quick response, seeing him the next day as the clinic was already closed. He was seen by Dr. Vaid and Jess, who were so caring and loving to him. Always kept in touch with me after almost 2 weeks of my stress, and I took him back for a follow-up. He was finally doing well and had gained 1 lb after losing 2, thanks to Jess, who researched so I could change the other prescription food that he didn't want to eat lately. I do not doubt that I definitely want them to continue caring for Frankie in the future. Thank you ladies you both were AWESOME!

Standard with all adoptions from the DFL is a paid-for visit to a veterinarian.. they provided a list of clinics near me, GoodVets - GT was the closest. They got me in the next day. Monty & I arrived to the location, the staff was incredibly friendly & the good boy enjoyed several treats & pets from everyone. Unfortunately, the infection in his mouth was still present and I was told that he would need a couple of medications to finish it off as well as several vaccines. They provided several different options for Monty's vaccines at different price levels, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds at the time for the medications he needed for the infection in his mouth, let alone any of the vaccinations. I went home bummed out about the fact that I couldn't get Monty what he needed. I got a call later that day from GoodVets, and they had gotten in touch with the DFL, who provides a voucher that covers up to $250 for shelter related illnesses, so it paid for the cost of Montgomery's medications. Earlier this morning, I stopped in and grabbed the meds. Thank you, GoodVets - Golden Triangle for treating & ensuring that Montgomery, got the meds he needed. I genuinely appreciated that. Pros: Location, staff is A+, but the fact that they went through the extra effort to get Monty what he needed was what made me truly happy with the place. I made myself a reminder in my notes to give an honorable mention to Alex at the front desk, who was not only very nice but also incredibly helpful in regard to scheduling as well as any questions I had. A+ communication. I had also told myself that I would mention the Vet Tech who saw Monty, however her name alludes me now.

Terrible experience being ripped off for tests, which having since visited another vets, were told they are not reliable anyway and they would never recommend them as the science is unproven. They use scare tactics to generate money whilst everything is "up to you" of course. Well, it isn't up to me is it, because I'm not a vet, haven't studied animal health and have to be able to trust your recommendations. Which i clearly can't. Look elsewhere - good thread on Denver reddit about none PE owned vets if anyone is reading this and wants recommendations for actually good vets. Once (maybe twice) I was locked out of my house and he was still in the neighborhood and stopped by to let me in :-/ The dogs loved Nick and you could tell he enjoyed them too! He would snap photos and was great about letting us know how the walks went. Nick also did some overnight sits in our home while we were out of town and was a great house guest! Sometimes you worry about having someone you don't know well super well in your home for a few days at a time, but we never had any concerns with Nick! Nick's departure from DC was devastating to me and my roommate and our dogs. The boys rebelled when Nick moved back to TX. For weeks, they went on a destructive tear on the days Nick's replacement would come by. Seriously, that never happened when Nick was our walker! They loved him AND he wore them out! Hire Nick! You won't regret it!

Nick treated Charlie like his best bud and would send me pictures of their adventures. Charlie doesn't generally get very excited but when Nick came over to pick him up for walks he'd jump up and down with joy. Nick was also very good about communicating with me. Charlie's beagle instincts would lead him to eat junk off the ground so he regulary had to go to the vet. When Charlie had health issues, Nick would ask about how his buddy was doing (even on weekends and late hours) and reassure me that he would watch over him when they were together. More recently, I had to go out of town unexpectedly for work and Nick switched his schedule around so that he could watch Charlie. He really went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend Nick enough. Anyone would be lucky to have him care for their cherished pet.

I have been going to this vet for almost 3 years with my cat now and things initially were really…read moregreat but I've had numerous not so great experiences recently. First- 2 visits ago they had him listed as a 2 year old. He's been going there 3 years so it's not possible for him to age backwards. Plus they have his file scanned from his adoption showing his birthdate. I informed them he was 6. My most recent visit I see on his file that he is now 4. I crossed it out and changed it again back to 6. The reason this is serious to me is because they keep referencing his age when analyzing his conditions and saying blah blah "for such a young cat." But he's not 2. Or 4. He's 6. And his name also is not Oliver... I went in on a Monday and had bloodwork done. They were supposed to call the next day with results but didn't. And not the next day either. His vet had gotten sick and called out and it would've been under her specific file to call me, but given I had called inquiring I feel a different professional should've been able to at least convey the results to me more quickly. Finally, today I dropped him off at 7:45 for an ultrasound. I had been under the impression and told that it would occur between 9-12. I just called and the tech didn't even get there until after 11. Now he has to sit there for a bit longer and I had been counting down minutes to get his results. I loved this vet and I'm really sad about what's happening there. Not sure if the switched systems or something but normally they, and especially Kim, are super good at communicating and doing everything they can. Now I feel weird leaving him with them because they don't even know his name... age... when the doctor will be there...

During this difficult time, Dr. Andy and the entire staff have offered unwavering support and practical help. When we had to make tough choices, such as whether to consult a specialist about Claire's cancer, Dr. Andy always explained the options thoroughly and made it clear that the choices such as radiation therapy or palliative treatment were ours to make. I would recommend Dr. Andy and his staff unconditionally.

Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that this will be the last time I support this organization. The veterinarians and vet techs are compassionate and wonderful. My issue is with the front office staff, whose communication is consistently poor. My dog's prescription is for 60 tablets. In December, I was only given 20 and was told the remaining 40 would be added to my next refill. Fast forward to June, I was again given only 20. I called, and the staff member who returned my call on 6/25 assured me the remaining 40 would be ready at no charge. Great--that seemed like a reasonable resolution. I drove back again, another 30 minutes to pick them up, only to be told there were no medications waiting and they wouldn't refill them without another exam. I then had to wait another 30 minutes while they sorted it out. Mistakes happen. Repeating the same mistake, giving conflicting information, and wasting your clients' time is a communication problem. Telling me, "I hope you have a better day," after your office caused the issue showed a complete lack of accountability.
