All of the work they did was of first quality and now my house is completely up to code. One "warranty" issue (two outlets didn't work) was handled promptly, post-project. One item that we (both P G and myself) overlooked was also handled promptly, post-project. There was one problem with billing, between P G and the building company, that was eventually worked out to everyone's satisfaction, but needed more participation from me than I thought was normal. I would hire P & G again, and I would recommend them to others. I am a satisfied customer.

Duane and what I think is his son came out the next morning for me on very short notice. The service was efficient and professional ,however, as with all electricians was pricey. Service call was 65, and as a journeyman its 76/hr plus the apprentice is like 50 something, so figure about 130/hr with both of them there. If you have to call an electrician, these two guys are where it's at. Also, no credit cards accepted, cash or check only. I didn't know that before hand but Duane let me drop it off later that day to his shop in Crown Point.

Took several weeks to schedule an appointment but we finally set up a time for them to come out. I took off work to meet them. Unfortunately they blew me off and didn't show up. Not even a call or text. Even after that I have called repeatedly and left messages, still trying to get them out. They never answer the phone, only answer is from an AI Bot which is annoying, and they don't return calls. So I guess I give up after bending over backwards to try to hire them. I guess they don't need work nor value customers, or even referrals from customers. Baffling really, but my recommendation is to avoid companies that behave like this.
