No one came back so we gave them another try a month later. The new guy showed up and what a pigpen of a truck. He worked for a while and then informed us he had another job to go to and never came back. After another month we called someone else. Turns out the threads on one of our condenser valves was stripped and now we are stuck with the cost of the repair.

The service was completed during one visit. I still don't understand what entitles them to add an additional unexpected fee.

Called the company and canceled my upcoming appointment to inspect my HVAC system. Explained my dissatisfaction with the crazy quote for a simple plumbing repair as reason. Nearly 2 months later received a $99 invoice for task of "Diagnostic". On invoice it states "Refused to sign and refused to pay diagnostic" I did not refuse to pay or sign as I was never asked. My advice, run from this company.

The technician gathered information about our home and then quoted me with a price that I thought was very reasonable.
