Which should be concerning to all civilians who come in and get treated at this so called " better quality facility" . They took xray the dr. told me he didn't see anything in his Xray. Well we received his results online from memorial and it stated Hazy bilateral pulmonary reticular interstitial opacities, which are nonspecific but may be seen with interstitial pneumonia in the appropriate clinical setting. On his discharge paperwork they diagnosed him with acute bronchitis only because I told them he's had bronchitis several times this year. So basically it was a waste of time going there . If doctors don't have any answers then who do we go to for answers? I guess we are all better off researching ourselves on Google. All these so called "superior " hospitals are supposed to give better patient care than the other hospitals but apparently they are all the same except you pay more out of pocket for this type of healthcare.

Today is Saturday the 26th. I have not received ONE phone from the hospital to see how I'm doing. This is unbelievable. I've had knee surgery hip surgery and always received calls on my health after surgery with nothing with heart surgery nothing. Not the way a hospital should be ran. I do want to say the surgeon was great and staff while I was in the hospital but the after care call very disappointing.

Firstly, the nurses are so sweet, so attentive, and made me feel so welcomed. I'm saying this from someone who did unfortunately have a traumatic c section experience (not the doctors fault, just circumstances). Although all the nurses were amazing I would like to recognize two amazing nurses who really made me feel seen and advocated for me, Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tabitha ( I hope that's how I spell their names). I will definitely always remember them and we're definitely the highlight of my experience. I'd hopefully like to nominate them for a daisy award. I'd also like to give a shout out to how clean the facility felt even the bathrooms.. I didn't have that same experience with my last delivery at another location .The food was decent, I wasn't really hungry during my visit but according to my vistors who did try the food they said it was pretty good. I have gone to member services reported it as well as the administration office to where I have yet to receive a call from lead admi istrative services. So as it goes, it starts at the top. I was prideful going to Kaiser because they were cultural diverse. When you go to pick up medication you have been taking for 30 to 41 years. I believe you know what prescriptions you have and how often you pick up, what special meds do not work etc. Then now they tell you you are not only incorrect, but you input and ordered it wrong. But it was on automatic re order.. for that exact told you slapping the papers doen on counter and saying it sais right here. Hmmmm. Well, guess what they were incorrect and the notes were also in the file, then they say they dont look at the file. So when they ask you if you have any new allergies, they dont check for old allergies? Pathetic gaslighting at your health expense, time, and abusing you as if you made the mistake in front of 50 people waiting in line. Further mire the prescription was placed over a week prior and you called Kaiser to notify them of t by sir mistake. But they abuse you and waste your time as well as stress because they not allow natsassistic unprofessional no manners and people they berate you. I thought this was part of Healthcare? Several of their employees need to be in therapy and not in customer service or Healthcare. Pathetic for the past couple years in general, and I do not think the good people working hard need to be working even harder after coworkers blatantly are abusing patients in front of their coworkers and other patients.
