Long story short we ended up having to pay out of pocket $7k. Do not trust them. It might be "just the insurance business" but they are all crooks. To top it off they gave us a "coupon" for $800 and wouldn't honor it at the end of the work.

In my opinion, this is a predatory marketing practice that takes advantage of homeowners immediately after a storm. I understand companies need to find business, but unsolicited sales calls after a weather event are not how I believe reputable contractors should operate.
