Worst auto shipping company ever. What the hell did I get myself into? Originally I had an order set up a month ahead for my vehicle to be shipped. The location of the destination was 5 hours away and the dispatcher gave me a guarantee that this job will be done. As the shipping date get closer, I receive no calls at all or even emails in regards of this service. I called them to let them know that I am not very satisfied of how they handle business and how their work ethnic is. The manager told me "the dispatcher who was helping quit". Simply saying that, does that mean you don't have to give a crap about your customers anymore? And leave them hanging??? I then asked politely for them to just take me off their order board. They did not do so until like the 100th phone calls I've made to them with a blocked caller ID too. I do understand that they might be hungry for money but the way they handle business with customers sucks. They also charge my credit card $99 for I don't even know why? Because they are not supposed to do that until I confirm with them that I am satisfied with the shipping date and time. I did not authorize them to do so and this is a fraud. We utilized UShip and accepted a bid from Allegiant. The initial email address they provided me belonged to an employee that left them 5 months ago. Hence I was not able to get responses from them regarding my vehicle transport. Allegiant was paid in full for the agreed upon amount and after 19 days my vehicle still had not been picked up or more importantly delivered. This has resulted in my company having to pay an additional $300 for storage, cancelling my order with Allegiant and starting the bid process all over again. Meanwhile, I'm still accruing storage fees because of Allegiants failure to fulfill our contract. I was constantly bounced from one person to another with no resolution or any acts of good faith to help me recover additional losses in money. I would strongly discourage any business or person from using their services. They are merely a third party logistics company with no credibility, professionalism or courtesy. As of today my company is out $1,700 and still don't have our vehicle. Lastly, Allegiant has made me "ask" for money lost via email and then they will render a decision in 5-7 business as to what if anything I'll get back from them. STAY AWAY!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! They left me stranded with no way to have my car shipped after they had a week to the final pickup date. Promised within a 48 hour period for pick up which gave an additional 5 days and they just bailed on me. No remorse, no nothing. The customer service is TERRIBLE!! I left 3 messages for updates no one ever calls back. The person Freddy Perez would play dumb every time I called for an update. Then after the pickup date they would suggest I would possibly need more money. I obviously canceled at that point and called Montway and did their guarantee pick up days for more money. We shipped 2 cars and got linked with this company via U-Ship. The U-Ship app screwed up all the info from the booking (dates, number of cars) so I had to contact Allegiant directly and make sure they have the right info. Email responses were fast and easy. However, a week before delivery when we got a reminder email, it again contained only 1 car instead of two, which gave me another heart attack and required me to email and double confirm. I don't understand why both Allegiant and U-Ship cannot figure out such core parts of their business and add extra friction to the process. Other than that everything was great - the carrier assigned to us by Allegiant (Knies Transport LLC) was great, showed up on time, loaded our babies and delivered them from WA to CO without issues. He was very careful about avoiding low hanging wires in our neighborhood. read more

I'd recommend finding someone else. I gave them 2 weeks advance notice but they weren't able to find someone to ship the car. Worked with Mike, he was nice, but kept asking for us to have faith. On the day of our move, we had to cancel our order because they still had not found someone. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Allegiant is unreliable. read more

I got on the phone with a broker from Allegiant Auto Logistics and I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted to ship my car across country or drive it across country. He said that he could put a bid out for drivers and if I changed my mind I could cancel later. I signed a contract and gave him my credit card. Well I called to cancel and I was charged a $99 fee and another $9.99 fee. So much for canceling, they charged me over $100 for nothing. read more

Never book with them. Scam SCAM SCAM!!!! They will quote you and when you sign contract for amount they lie and say they'll call u back with logistics but LAQUANA lied and never called back. I called all weekend but they were close. On Monday when I called she stated that she didn't call back Bc she couldn't find a driver for the amount that she gave me the. She quotes me a new amount. I told her I couldn't afford that and to cancel the process altogether. They charged me a cancelation fee Bc they said it was after 72 hrs. You'd think after giving someone $1400 to ship a car across the country that they'd ever send updates or do follow ups with the ACTUAL shipping company that they contracted to ship my car. The shipping company at the moment doesn't even know that I've paid Allegiant already through Uship and they are requested money from me. Yeah right. I called in October to schedule a late December shipping of my car. I didn't hear anything from them - even called once or twice to make sure they still had the order. They assured me they did. The pick-up date came & went - and daily phone calls said " A driver has been found & will contact you in a couple of hours". Nothing ever happened - this went on for 6 days, until I just said to cancel the order. And I got charged $99 for the "privilege" of going through all that! Avoid this company!!!! read more

This is the WORST company to deal with. They took my full payment up front $395 and said my car would be shipped that day. After no contact for 6 days I called and they said they are still looking for a driver. I called to cancel to go with someone else because there was no communication with them. They still refuse to give me a refund even though no services have been rendered and they said they would issue one. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of the "right person you need. Stay away!!! As a logistics broker by trade, I'll give you a 100% honest review first hand I was contacted by Laquana Baddoo to ship my car. she offered me a great rate (first red flag.) Obviously she didn't have a truck in hand, so 2 days go by and I finally have to call them for her to tell me she still doesn't have a truck. I agreed to pay an extra $150 to get it loaded onto a truck the same day because she said she does have a carrier ready to go, but out of my target rate (I get it, have to make your margin, I do it too, I understand.) I bit the bullet and boy was that a mistake. I was promised when I booked the load on a Wednesday that it would be loaded onto a truck before the weekend.) Monday comes around and I find out that the car was not loaded on a truck before the previous weekend. I contact Allegiant and after being transferred 100 times, I finally get someone to tell me "oh yea, the carriers is just going to get it on Monday." That right there was the first agreement broken on our rate confirmation (a legally binding contract.) Monday comes around and guess what, THE CAR STILL ISN'T LOADED. Allegiant dispatchers apparently let the truckers do whatever they want and let them decide when they want to load and deliver. Tuesday FINALLY the car gets loaded. the carrier and Allegiant continue to tell me "we promise it will still be there Wednesday, we can get it there, etc. etc. etc." I know that is BS because no driver can do 1300 miles from FL-PA overnight, it's incredibly illegal by DOT regulations and physically impossible to do that in a big rig with 1 driver (team drivers can get that done, but they didn't have team drivers.) After not hearing anything from the carrier or Allegiant all day I try and call them. From Tuesday afternoon till 1030 Wednesday morning I tried calling literally over 100 times. 2 times the phone was answered I was basically told to piss off and that the car was loaded and to leave them alone. I asked about renegotiating our rate and they were so quick to jump to 'THEN JUST CANCEL THE LOAD, WE'LL DROP THE CAR OFF ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT FROM THERE." (and they still would have charged me $300 cancellation fee.) I'm not sure how this company is in business, they're piss poor transportation broker with awful customer service and customer support. This is an eye opening view to why companies hate transportation brokers, because companies like this make promises and then screw you over with no regret or remorse. TL;DR - If you want on time pick up/delivery, customer service, or any kind of help from this company, they will make your life living hell until the car is off of the truck. It's a long stretch, but Comcast has better service and support than this company and that speaks volumes. read more

Allegiant shipped a car for me. The shipment went fine, although Allegiant's communication with me wasn't that great. They overcharged my credit card $50 for some fees that were buried in the contract and not stated on my receipt. When I talked to them after, they told me that they should have informed of the fees. I asked for a a refund for the $50, and they refused. They told me they would provide a credit for a future shipment, which is useless, since it's not like I ship cars around all the time. I haven't gotten the credit from them anyway. read more

This company has wasted me a couple weeks and only plays games trying to get me to pay more for a car shipment. First I was called by Mathew, he offered to ship my car and gave me a quote, I greed without debate nor bargaining, he gets my credit card info and submits the order. A week later he calls and tells me he wanted to charge more money. A few days later I call to speak with a manager he picks up and phone and says he is the manager, I refuse and ask for the manager, he transfer me to 'Carlos' who says he is the manager (I know he is a salesman because he tried to sell me the service before). I tell Carlos I want to speak with his manager, he says that's all I get right now. Then leaves me on hold then hangs out. My car hasn't moved yet and there is no manager to speak with. read more

They barely returned calls. They didn't see fit to mention that they change price every couple of days so if you want your item shipped you have to pay the higher price or let your items sit. They claim that if you cancel their service BEFORE the order is dispatched that you won't be charged -- but after weeks of your items sitting someplace UNdispatched, the minute you cancel they miraculously state that they found a driver to pick up your items so that they can then hit your credit card for a charge. Bottom line? They're courteous and professional only until they get the credit card info -- and then they disappear while allowing the prices to increase. Screw them; I ended up having to use another company. If a no-star rating was possible, I'd give that. read more

They are nice when you call to get your business. I hired these guys for a transport and then cancelled the transport and got acknowledgement that it was cancelled and then I get a charge from them. Had to call my credit card company to fight this and ultimately won but what a bad way to do business. Stay away under all circumstances! read more

I shipped my car from Conyers, Ga. to kona Hawaii on the big island. Allegiant double billed me for $973 on my credit card and then shipped my vehicle to the island of Maui. I do not have this resolved yet. I would never use these people! read more

George has a great pitch, but it is all lies. He dropped "the ball" on every category (call backs, deadlines, customer service). His lies cost me hundreds to rent a car longer due to his lack of service. First time ever that I had to write a poor review, but I felt compelled to do so to worn other potential customers. My car went from California to Massachusetts without a scratch. Was easy to schedule although they picked up my car a day early and delivered it before the delivery date. Communication was a little diffficult as the drivers were from the Ukraine (I'm guessing) but had their cell phone with them, always answered and kept me in the loop at all times. Freddy took care of my enclosed transport of a 65 nova that I had purchased from the 2016 Mecum Auction in Anaheim, CA. Everything went smoothly and just as Freddy said it would. Vlad the driver was awesome too. He had lots of experience transporting expensive collectible cars. He took the time to make sure we stayed in communication so I knew when to expect him and wasn't waiting around for him like the "cable guy". Arthur the broker at allegiant wrote up one contract, then called back asking for more money stating the car carrier driver would not do it for less than 50.00 more than we agreed to. Didn't feel like I had a choice I agreed to the new terms. Called Arthur back later to ask how much his commission was and how much I was to pay the driver, found out the driver was getting the same amount as the original contract but Arthur was getting 50.00 more than our original contract. Reached out to Matt and John the owners of Allegiant, Matt refused to call me back after leaving four voicemails. John could not get past the original contract price and continued to talk about how he would have never agreed to it. He couldn't get past it, when I explained that my issue was with Arthur and his behavior he supported Arthur instead of admitting that what Arthur had done was wrong. I am writing this review so that other people can be warned that the people who own this company have no integrity and their behavior was anything but professional. read more

Worst customer service experience of my adult life. I'm active military and shipped a vehicle from Detroit to Seattle. After my reservation being mysteriously cancelled with no notification (I found out because I called the day before pick up to confirm it), they delayed my pickup on more than one occasion, quoted me $990 in November for a December 8th shipping date then conveniently couldn't find a driver for less than $1200 because "it's close to the holidays". Then the vehicle was delayed in arriving after I ate the price hike. They tried to get me to meet the vehicle in Seattle (over an hour away) AFTER jacking the proce up. Then, the cherry on top, is this "well reviewed driver" calls me at 1230am (I was sleeping) to inform me he can't make it into my neighborhood as promised, so he'd be at Walmart until 0630. Luckily, I woke up to use the bathroom and was able to catch an Uber, in the middle of snow and bad roads. Then had the pleasure of standing in that snow for 15 minutes while the moron figured out how to work his iPhone for signature. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
