I walked up to the door and there were no customers in the store. There were two people working and one was on the phone and didn't see me, but the other person working (which I believe was the owner) stood there watching me try to open the door. Thankfully, a very nice man from the store next to them walked out and saw me and opened the door for me. I thought ok, I walked up to the counter and set the box down with the label on top so it was easy to scan. He then scans the label and then tells me to pick it up and carry it to the back end of the counter which was back behind him. Then just stood there watching me struggle and handed me my return receipt as I was walking out. Will never go there again, I will make sure our business spends their money at other locations.

I visited this store a little over a week ago and there was lots of holiday traffic doing returns. Unfortunately for the female employee, (Pauline/Paula I believe) the systems seemed to be down, and she was very overwhelmed. That was not the issue, the issue was the degrading tone in which she spoke to the customer in front of me. She was being very condescending to her, talking down to her as if she was a child and blaming the customer for the employee's inability to process the shipment. It was enough for me to not only notice, but also take this action. It was my first experience in the store, and truly hope it is not how they typically conduct business, but I felt this experience needed to be shared incase it has been had by others.

When package did not make the 2 day shipping I went back to discuss and request reimbursement. I was told I needed to file a claim and they couldn't help me. Once I was able to Finally talk to a person- It was explained to me that the area item was being shipped to is unable to do Saturday deliveries-WHAT?! I told her I could come back rather than wait. She suggested I use the self serve copiers. Being I had never been to a FedEx store, I had no idea how to use one. She said she'd walk me through it, so I gave it a try. Other customers had walked in after me, so she was waiting on them as she kept an eye on how I was doing from behind her counter. She took me step by step through the process and after all was said and done, it was pretty easy. I noticed that management follows the appropriate protocol for Covid with spacers on the floor, supplying hand sanitizer, using clear coverings on the copy machine control panels, asking people to social distance and supplying masks in case you come in without one, which was what happened with me. In my haste after a hectic morning, I accidentally left mine in the car. I was happy to get in and out so quickly because her business was picking up with multiple people walking in as I was walking out. All in all, a good experience on a simple copy job.
