As the city approved 48" x 48" sign, they did not reduce the price and on the top of it charged $58 for permit fees (though specifically quoted earlier). Got a quote and ordered two monumental signs and specifically communicated to take the measurements before the quote. Took us for ransom with extra $124.00 as the store opening got delayed due to the delay of signage beyond July 4th. Started the drama of demanding balance money first - to get the signage installed even after 50% advance was paid with the order. Going to complain to their corporate, Better Business Bureau and "do not recommend" this store to any one.
