Super friendly and helpful. Was patient and made sure everything was correct before accepting my package.

I came in to return two Amazon packages and the older gentleman who waited on me got very frustrated and rude when I asked for help in the return. The younger gentleman ended up helping me after the older man acted disgusted at my not understanding his directions. First he told me to forward my Amazon return to a friend(???) and then a nice customer in the store helped me a lot more and more kindly than the man waiting on me. She told me the ups store's email. Then the older man had had enough of my confusion, he asked the younger man to help me. He did so, making the instructions very easy for me to understand. The younger man showed kindness, patience , and knowledge- without being impatient with me like the older man did. I've done a lot of business with this store and everyone has always been kind and helpful. Until today. I even apologized to the older man, but he chose not to respond. I went here last Friday around 6:40PM. They close at 7:00PM. I had two packages to go out. The man behind the counter was rude and condescending. He made a remark about everyone walking in just before closing. Seriously? I didn't try to walk in 5 minutes before! And even then...you are open until seven! I was beyond embarrassed. He was slow. Took his time, which was fine. Annoying, but hey, I needed my packages to get shipped. However what really got to me was when another customer walked in. It was ten 'til seven. He just stared at her, rolled his eyes and SHOUTED to her, verbatim "11 hours and everyone walks in at closing time". I felt awful for that woman. She said to him, "People work during the day...." and he actually scoffed at her. I rolled my eyes and she smiled. He treated me like crap and her as well and she knew it. I was checking out and told HER to "Have a nice weekend". The lady smiled at me and said the same. I could not even muster a "Thank you" to that man, what a complete jerk. I will NOT be back even though it is close by. If I wanted to be treated like crap for no reason other than breathing and existing I would have stayed with my ex-husband. Seriously, find another UPS store or ship your items another way. read more

The younger man and the Indian lady are excellent and always treat you with courtesy and respect. Look out if you get the older guy. He is pretty rude almost always and I always try to go out of my way to say something fun, but I guess he just is not a happy person - I thought it was personal, but it appears that it happens to other people as well and possibly only women - ? I will have to notice next time how he treats others. read more

I've only used the store to drop off packages to ship UPS but for the 5 or 6 times I've been there the staff has been courteous and helpful and there is usually little or no wait. read more

I have been using this location for approx 8 years. I also travel using these stores across the USA. This location is by far the best in customer service, boxing up and protecting material that is being shipped. Worth not ever having an issue. I would say over 300 transactions ( shipping, printing,ect...) and never had an issue. read more

I visit this particular UPS store frequently and the service is always fantastic. This specific time a gentleman named Mike went above and beyond! I printed a shipping label and overlooked the fact that it was for the US Postal Service and not UPS. I brought my item in an open box with the loose shipping label to this UPS store that I frequent. Mike kindly advise me that the shipping label was for the US Postal Service and then proceeded to offer to tape up my box (professional tape job by the way) and then tape the label on the box at no cost. This commitment to excellence in service is why I will be back to this location ANY time I need a UPS service. He is a true asset and I hope he gets the proper recognition. Thanks Mike!!! read more

I was looking for an inexpensive way to send out Xmas cards so we decided to try a newsletter...one page, color front and back. But my idea backfired when I realized how expensive it was to print color copies!! Very disappointed, I called just about everyone...Staples, Kinko's, FedEx...even our local library! They were all asking the same price. And we were going to spend more on this silly piece of paper than a traditional picture card. So I tried one last place, this UPS store. Harsha Patel, the manager, gave me an amazing deal and got the job done in record time. But when I went to pick up the newsletters, there was a slight flaw in them. She not only gave me another discount on already great deal, but then she threw in envelopes for me to send them in for free to make up for the flaw! I was planning on spending $140 (based on everyone else's prices) but ended up spending $42!!! That is a quarter of what everyone wanted from me. I will be going back here and telling my friends about this place. Very thankful to have found such a great business! Please give them a shot...I am so glad I did. read more
