I already had the design created, but I needed to print off a few hundred posters and table tents. It was easy enough to submit my project online and describe what I needed. Someone got in touch with me via e-mail right away and started to work on my order. A proof was sent to me for approval and about a week later I was able to pick up my completed posters and table tents! I thought prices were reasonable. 50% is due as a deposit when you place the order and the other 50% is due when you pick up. They offer delivery as well, but I live locally so I decided just to stop by. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the project printed out great! Went in to see if they could print a pattern for a hat that I purchased. I explained to the older…read moreslimmer guy what I was trying to do. He told me he didn't know for sure if it could be done unless I made some file. He was soft spoken so it was hard to hear him over the music. I tried to show him the file that I downloaded. He walked off to do something else. When he returned I asked him the WiFi password because reception is really bad. He suggested AT&T WiFi no password needed. I follow his instructions. He walked away again. I felt like he was uninterested in helping me. I left.

I went to UPS today to drop off an Amazon package and there was a customer in front of me getting…read moresomething printed, and the person working behind the counter was so utterly rude. Two other customers behind me and there was a line, he did not even acknowledge any of us while we were waiting. He could not get the printer to work for the customer in front of me, so he ended up calling Kash who by the way is great and he was getting so frustrated and he was cussing in front of customers and he ended up telling the customer in front of me after 15 minutes that he can't do what she needed. He did not acknowledge anybody he is always rude every time I come in it is just not good customer service. Kash should be there all the time or we need more people like him to be working the counter.
