Yes, I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes to schedule an appointment, but I was able to get in right away and start working with two AMAZING therapists. I have a lot of struggles in the car and they would let me call reception before my appointments so they could walk me through my drive there! I even had a few panic attacks in the waiting room and they have ALWAYS been attentive, helpful and kind. I have enjoyed every single encounter I've had here. No one ever answers, and if you leave a message, they call back anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days later. Overall recommend, but I advise to call and literally wait on hold until someone answers - that's how I finally got scheduled. I was on hold for 74 minutes. HOWEVER, once I got an appointment (Easton location), I was seen quickly and have received wonderful care. The office is nice and the staff is great. I see Lacey Kolb, who is kind, compassionate, and sensitive to changing medications on a timeline I am comfortable with, as opposed to another practice I went to that immediately halted a med I had been on for 10 years.
