The paint job was ok, except for an area he didn't wet sand (see picture with me in it; half of me is clear, other half hazy). The other issue is the polishing and buffing that I paid for. He damaged the stripping on the roof (apparently the buffer got away from him (see picture), and the rest of the buff job looks like $%÷*% with all the swirls in the clear coat, compound left in the crevices. He also said he couldn't buff hatch because of the spoiler..total lies, bull, and laziness. Now I have to take the car to a detailer and pay $125 to polish the car, when I already paid Alan $150!! My paint still has the factory defects and now it is sealed in. It will cost twice as much as they charged me to remove the ceramic coating , correct the paint and re apply ceramic coating.
