At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. My dentist referred me to 2 Endodontists, who also do implants. Both of them recommended an implant. Why do I need to lose my natural tooth and go for an implant with a huge cost? because they wanted to make more money with implants. I know the after-effects and side-effects of the implants, and I wanted to save my natural tooth. Finally, I found Park Endodontic, which does only root canals, no implants.  Dr. Tariq Alsmadi retreated my root canal, cleaned the infected area, and saved my tooth.
