Thank you for banning me. I no longer have to smell your musty office and be required, by you to get 20 mouth Xrays when I didn't want them or need them! I also don't need to spend $500 to get two "small" cavities taken care of because my new dentist didn't find any, and he did a 360 CT scan! I just wish I banned you years ago. read more

First off I will start off by saying I went to a different practice as a new patient and after assessing my teeth they told me they couldn't clean my teeth because of the "condition" they were in by law it wasn't allowed. They proceeded to tell me the only way they could assist me was to do very deep clean which would be $2k or more. Obviously I declined that option and got charged $99. I found Allen Dental Practice on Google and read the reviews and needless to say for once they're actually accurate. I walked in and immediately felt at home, everyone is so nice and extremely helpful. I was assessed and my hygienist Queen Brittany, told me my teeth were actually in a very good state and would be able to be cleaned immediately. She was very gentle and patient with me throughout the whole process. She kept making sure I was okay and not in pain, one of the Doctors stopped by to make sure everything was good. He was very nice too (I forgot his name sorry!) he said everything looked good and we finished up and I'm so happy with my results. My teeth look so good, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Allen Dental to anyone because they're so amazing, tell them I sent you Best service EVER!!!!! read more

They are such a caring, wonderful, committed group of dentists (two brothers + one additional dentist) and hygienists and other employees! There are people out in the world who will try and take advantage of people and I am so happy to say that I have never been told I needed something here that I didn't need. When I began using this dentist in the 1990's, they did cleaning and X-rays in one visit. Now they want to schedule and Bill for 2 visits, first xrays and dentist visit then a second appointment and second billing, for a cleaning. Very disappointing and impossible for busy schedules. read more

Allen Dental Center cured me of my overwhelming fear of going to the dentist! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Wyatt and all the great people at Allen Dental Center. I have a huge fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal, so I waited far too long to go back in. When I visited Allen Dental, I needed a lot of work done, but they were not judgmental or wanting to do work that didn't need to be done (unlike McKinney Dentist). The atmosphere and staff are extremely comforting and were completely understanding of my fears. Dr. Wyatt was so gentle and cautious, and he even stayed to answer all of my questions. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I do not have dental insurance, but am able to afford the work I need thanks to the Care Credit option that Allen Dental Center offers. I first went to McKinney Dentist for an assessment, and the quote was in excess of $12,000. They wanted to do three unnecessary root canals and all kinds of other work that they even admitted was unnecessary. But when I went to Allen Dental Center, not only were they better in every other way, but their assessment was just over $3,000. I couldn't believe it, but it's true! Dr. Wyatt just recommended exactly what I needed, and he gained my trust. I just finished having a crown put on by Dr. Wyatt this morning, and the oral sedation option they offered was perfect for me. I was conscious enough to remember everything, but for the first time ever, I wasn't afraid. They did a fantastic job and even put on a movie for me. After coming out of Allen Dental Center this morning, my fears of going to the dentist have really been cured! I cannot recommend Dr. Wyatt and everyone at Allen Dental Center highly enough. I hated going to the dentist and actually avoided it for a few years. The staff here was excellent. They addressed all my concerns and were very patient in giving me the care I needed. I'm a very nervous patient and I just had initial check up here. Both Hygenist (Nat) and Dr (Bryant) were fantastic: understanding, patient and kind. I came here from UK and things are different here but they took the time to explain what they were doing, discuss treatment options fully and were reassuring to me when I was clearly apprehensive. My quote is also far more reasonable than expected and all the reception stuff took care to explain insurance to me. Additionally each treatment room is separate giving you privacy. read more

I had the very fortunate happenstance of seeing Dr. Williams and his staff as I was getting a second opinion on a diagnosis for crown placements and replacements. The staff are all remarkable at their jobs, ensuring comfort and care throughout my exam and panels. Dr. Williams was very thorough, explained why the other dentist would recommend such work to be completed but also offered far more conservative options which I felt more comfortable with moving forward with. They are kind, very compassionate, and most importantly, honest with their patients. I went in as a new patient, and now my family are becoming existing patients. The Allen Dental Center with the wonderful dentists, The Williams, are actually a "joy" to see. Their atmosphere and friendliness make siting in the chair less scary and even enjoyable. They offer movies or music while having your procedures done and they have quite a library of movies to choose from. I trust them completely with my dental care. I've been going to the Allen Dental Center for several years and I would not even consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is considerate, caring and efficient. Wait times are minimal and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I sometimes suffer from panic attacks and they are always quick to allow me to take a break if I need one, or for longer procedures they are able to prescribe medications that help me with anxiety. The dentists spend plenty of time explaining any procedures that are necessary and make sure I am comfortable and relaxed before they start. read more

Based on a friend's recommendation, my husband and I went to Allen Dental Center for about 5 years. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly; however, I eventually transferred to another dentist because the prices were just so expensive! I had no problems with basic dental work and cleaning that was done, but I had some crown work done there and had several problems with the temporary crowns either coming off or breaking. I also had a crown from a $5500 implant come off about a year and a half after being put on. And an employee tried to charge me to fix the crown upon check out. Luckily, I eventually didn't have to pay. So I think this place is definitely adequate if money isn't an issue, but it is for me, so I had to switch to a more affordable local dentist. read more
