No one approached me or even acknowledged that I was in the store. the two employees spoke for a few minutes then one went in the back room and the second one was looking at her phone. another customer entered with her son, the employee at the table greeted them , offered to help yet never acknowledged my presence. I found glasses I liked but decided they weren't interested in selling to me so I left. I try another Store tomorrow.

We also was advised that if we had a problem, we can always stop in and they can adjust or fix if needed, which again i appreciate. Luckily so far no problems! Oh and just a side note- got a call on Saturday 11/30 about making sure that i got the text that my eyeglasses were ready, and while that is a good gesture, I had planned to come on Wednesday December 4th to pick them up.
