She then tells us these are our options plus a section on the wall. She then leaves and doesn't help us with any questions. We start trying on glasses thinking it's very odd for no one to be helping us... when we see her walk by. We ask her 2 questions about color and options for fit which she gives us literally 2 word answers for and proceeds to walk away. It was clear we had more questions and could have used some help. I walked out with my kids and husband completely turned off by the lack of basic customer help. We were ready to buy at least 2 full package glasses.

When I asked her to explain the pros and cons for a particular frame she came out with a one line answer "It is a personal choice". i felt the staff did her job but there is nothing like super friendly or plesant or anything helpful that makes me happy and choose maple again. We'll this time the woman with glasses and dark hair at the desk looked at my like I had 10 head and snarled at me telling me I needed to have it up front and they "don't do that". But when calling making this appointment a week or so ago, when on the phone with the same woman, she gave nothing but a nasty attitude and was extremely disrespectful in how she spoke to me. Also upon arriving for my contact fitting appointment(Angela isn't here yet) I'm waiting about 10 minutes before another patient walks in and asks about contacts to which she is informed that Angela was not here. Letting me know that the doctor for my appointment was running late so I could reschedule my day would have been very nice but was not considered. I am sitting at the chair closest to the check-in window and I can hear them talking about me and needing my co-pay billed. And every other patient comes in she does not have an attitude until they give her an inconvenience to her and she immediately gives an attitude, but with me she wasn't even nice to start just a straight up attitude.
