As for the rest of the team....worthless. This practice is owned by another business now. This staff does nothing. I was in to get my eye exam. I needed new glasses. I brought the frame with me. The tested me and sent the frame out. They told me the date it was to come back. Two weeks later I still had no glasses. I was told they would be there the following week. Next week I kept calling and asking. The individual to help did nothing. "Oh, they are coming" he said. Finally I called on Thursday and he said they were in the next morning. Of course, the glasses were damaged now he said. They did not have these frames so I would have to call where I got them in London. I said just give me the glasses back and I needed a refund. I went back the next day and he was gone. The glasses vanished. Everyone did not answer anything. I now need to call the insurance company to get the money back. This staff is terrible. The doctor was ideal. I will just find another doctor now. Maybe this company is as blind as a bat.

Shortly after the visit, we both developed pink eye, which raised serious concerns about the care and hygiene during the appointment. During multiple follow-up visits, the approach felt repetitive and dismissive. Dr. Salzman primarily prescribed antibiotic eye drops at nearly every visit, even after my pink eye had already cleared. There was little explanation provided, and no meaningful discussion of what might be causing the ongoing issues. At one visit, she noticed an eyelash in my eye and again defaulted to prescribing more drops. At my last visit on Tuesday, I still had an issue with my left eye and was once again given antibiotic drops without a thorough evaluation or clear explanation. Overall, the appointments felt rushed and overly focused on prescribing medication, rather than carefully examining the issue or addressing concerns. I did not feel listened to or properly evaluated, and I left feeling frustrated rather than reassured. I expected a much more careful and patient-centered experience, especially for what began as a routine eye exam.
