He didn't drive that truck 2 months until the rear end went out. He turned to Satterfield for help and they pretty much told him to xXxX himself... After spending $19,000 on a truck worth no more than $13,000...he was out another $3000. He didn't get it out of the drive at the mechanic shop when the transmission goes out.... Another $5500. Drives it for 5 weeks then the motor blows... Well he could not afford another $6000 so he has to let the finance company come and get it.... If you have any doubt of what I'm saying, just speak to the mechanic (Brian Purdy) he knows exactly who I'm talking about... Have your vehicle checked by an authorized dealer." He apparently thought I had made this up because he said he had never heard of that before. I tried to let him know about the "Ford Pass" app but he seemed disinterested. All he told me is he could schedule an appointment for 11/24/2025 and they will figure it out. It took Crain Ford of Little Rock 34 days to "figure it out" the last time a Ford dealership "worked" on it. Apparently, I just experienced the "Everett Difference".

Last Friday, June 19,2026, I took my 2022 GMC Sierra in because the air conditioner was not properly working. we arrived at 9:00 am. At 1:00 pm, we are still sitting there waiting. The only time I received an update was when I would text the service advisor. Finally after 4 hours, my wife who was with me went to get an update. The service advisor got an attitude with her and told her the compressor was bad, they did not have a replacement, and was putting it back together. I bought an extended warranty for about 4 grand, only to find out it expired after 60000 miles. The compressor is going to be.$1500. The entire 4 hours, not one person stopped to inquire what we were waiting on. This was so different from a couple of years ago when every salesman would stop and check on us . I am now seriously considering making my next purchase elsewhere.
