I called Kirkland around 7PM and spoke with their Tech Matthew who offered to come right over. I declined because it was raining heavily and I could wait until the next morning for a repair. Matthew stated on the phone it was probably the capacitor and he would be over at 8AM the next day. He arrived on time and replaced the damaged capacitor bringing the AC back to working. Matthew was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing for the repair I felt was very reasonable. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies in the past and because of their performances, I did not call them again. I wish I could give Kirkland 6 stars instead of the max 5 allowed. There are indeed other Heating and Air Companies in the Dallas area; but there is only one Kirkland.

Our air conditioning wasn't working properly so I had them come out for service. He said we had too…read moremuch refrigerant and he removed some. That didn't fix the problem so he can out again and found ductwork had come apart - he never even checked in the attic the first time to check where the furnace is to see if the fan was working properly, if he did he would have seen the problem during the first visit. He then billed me again, even though he didn't fix the problem the first time. This is the last time I will call them for service.

RUN to this company…read more Our generator shut itself off and was throwing an error message, so we spent the day calling no fewer than 10 companies looking for help. Every single one either refused to assist because we weren't an "existing customer" or because they didn't install the unit--or they quoted truly outrageous fees. Then Mark, the owner, called us back. He explained that his entire team was off (the day after Christmas - perfectly understandable!), but he was more than willing to come out himself to take a look and help if he could (Wow!)--and he did exactly that. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, charged an incredibly fair price, and had us back up and running in no time. Mark and Kristy (his wife) clearly run a wonderful company and genuinely care about the people they serve. This level of service is rare. We are customers for life and could not be more impressed.

Tony had my AC running the next day and kept whatever temp patch he had on it working until the entire system was replaced. I live in a split level home...If you do as well you will understand when I say the upstairs is ALWAYS about 20 degrees warmer then the downstairs. I had always been told I needed two systems at a huge additional expense. I am not technical at all, but Tony with Paradise fixed the problem. He puts some kind of magical switch in, installed a vent in the upstairs hallway with a thermostat. When I tell you I damn near froze to death that night....AGAIN I can not say enough about this company. They are amazing!!! Mitchell evaluated the plumbing in the crawl space and the bonus bathroom and explained in detail what to expect during and after the installation of his plumbing. Mitchell found a pinhole leak in one of the pipes in the bonus bathroom, that over time would get larger, and create major problems once the ceiling sheetrock was installed. The work was extension: capping off existing toilet, bathtub, and vanity drains, replacing hot/cold water pipes, installed toilet, shower and vanity drains and put in hot/cold water pipes for the shower and vanity. If you are looking for a plumber that is more concerned with fixing your plumbing issues vice getting your money, than Mitchell is the only person that embodies this statement. They moved quickly at doing what they said they were going to do. Mitch installed a tankless water heater for us. He did a great job at getting that tankless done and might I say it is very neatly done. when the team finished they cleaned up, doubled checked behind themselves loaded up there tools. Mitch even let me program our new Rinnai RXP199i tankless through via the Rinnai app. I sent pictures of the job to one of our neighbors. They are now interested in a tankless install.
