Not at all happy with this service. I had them come out for duct cleaning. They hooked a big…read moremachine to one of my A/C vents, I have two units so they did it twice, and said it will pull out the elements and since they are all connected, it will do the whole system attached to that particular vent. Mind you, this was all while the A/C was on, so I guess it will work for the one you are hooked up to, but the others are what??? Still pushing dust/mites and whatever else into the home? Anyway, I asked if I could see what was being sucked out and was told, "I wish we could do that". Then I asked, if you can't see in and it doesn't auto shutoff, how do you know when it is full? (Note: I do this because my dog of choice for the last 15 years has always been the very sheddy German Shepherd). Anyway, $200 bucks for about 30 minutes of unverified work. This is a buyer beware story. The value in this service has yet to be seen; however, I have had duct work done before (where they cleaned each vent) and was satisfied. I just won't recommend/use this service again.

I had an issue with my a/c unit not cooling at all. Air would blow, but it was not cold. I…read morecontacted them through Yelp, but they had me call in anyway to schedule an appointment. Their availability was good and so I scheduled. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem and provided the repair and approximate cost (I needed more freon, so the price was set per pound, but there is no way to tell how much I needed). I thought the pricing was fair and the only issue was that the technician thought the service we needed to be added on top of the repair fee. I was told in messaging, which I had to show him, that if a repair was done, the service fee was credited toward the repair. He had to call the office and this took some time, but eventually it was straightened out and our A/C was back to normal!
