I can't speak to the quality of the care, but the front office, the physicians, the nurses, one or all of them need to spend less time worrying about insurance numbers and more time worrying about the communication in their office.

As he he began interacting with me and asking me questions, it became apparent that he was unaware that I was an established patient. Again, I'm a simple patient with one medication for which I had been going to appointments monthly. The combination of the two was actually less than what I was paying working for a school system and I get significantly better care.

He is a very caring PCP, but I think where he lacks is experience. In all honesty, if you get a cold, or a cut, he is amazing. He's definitely not a 1 star doc and he is trying his best to be a 5 star. To me, Dr. Joffee is a 2 star only because I have seen better, thats all. It's not like other doctors where you walk out with a prescription but not really understanding why you have it. Really the only downside is that Dr. Sues is the only doctor in the office. So yes, you will need to wait if she gets tied up with another patient. The hours are usual business hours, which is generally fine. But it also means if you come down with something more urgent, there won't be evening or weekend hours. And of course, there's no in house lab, so you'll have to visit Quest or Labcorp if you need blood drawn. The location is convenient - basically at the intersection of 495 and Route 50.
