it has only been three months but i love this practice!…read more i toured three, maybe four, offices before i decided that this one was the one for me. it was the last one i visited and happened to be the closest to my home. dr. ulen was the one who gave us the presentation and the doctor who we have seen the most. she is great and we feel very comfortable with her. everyone has been really nice and helpful. it feels like family in there. our appointments have run very much on time. i have used a lot of their services including the after hour nurse line (eek!), met with their lactation consultant, and consulted with their GI nurse specialist. i love that they have long hours and weekend hours. this practice is pro-vaccination (to each their own and i will leave it at that). they have electronic medical records that you can access on your own. we had our one month appointment with dr. schwartz right before his retirement. he is such a sweet man and i wish there were more people on earth like him. he collects beanie babies to give out to the kiddos!

We were told by the PA her ears looked fine. 3-4 days later, her symptoms worsened, so we went to urgent care. The doctor there was unable to see her eardrums clearly because of significant earwax (!!!) and questioned how they could have been adequately examined without first removing the wax... then she was diagnosed with an ear infection. While I understand that illnesses can change over time, this experience made me question the thoroughness of the initial exam and left me with concerns about the quality of care. I hope this feedback encourages more careful evaluations when visibility is limited. Will give 2 stars because we do love the rest of the team there.

The questions are always why does he need to come in? The fact that he hasn't seen his doctor in over a year could be the reason!! The receptionists don't have a clue ever to what's going on. He took great care of my daughter in her first two years of life. She always finds something entertaining in the waiting area, whether it was the TV or the giant fish tank. By the time our second daughter was born, we had moved to a new neighborhood so we switched to a practice that was closer to home. Otherwise, it was a 20-minute drive to Seven Corners. During our initial call, we were told there was availability and that our child could be seen. Based on that information, we completed the registration paperwork and expected to establish care with the practice moving forward. After providing our information and beginning the intake process, we were then informed that same-day sick visits were only available for existing patients and that our child could not be seen after all. This was frustrating, particularly because the limitation was not mentioned when we first called and only came up after we had already spent time completing the necessary forms. I respect that medical offices need policies and procedures in place. However, it was disappointing to be turned away with a sick infant when we had been led to believe an appointment was available. Better communication from the start would have prevented a great deal of confusion and stress. In the end, we found another pediatric provider who was able to see our child promptly, and we decided to establish care there instead. While others may have a different experience, our first interaction with this office left us with concerns about communication and patient-centered care.

I recently called at 8 for my sick daughter and they got me in at 9:30. Katie is always very efficient and helpful-quick with the right diagnosis and treatment. She has also been helpful with different referrals and recommendations as my younger daughter has developmental delays. We continue to commute here even after moving to Stafford.

My absolute favorite doctor Dr. Lim has left the practice so I've been hopping around whoever has been available and have found each person that I have met has been incredibly kind, smart, and sensitive to whatever issues I am facing at the time. The back and forth communication between the app is amazing and has saved me hours of my life .. and the ability to make same day appointments is life changing. They have a children's practice as well, which I am highly considering switching to as I can see it being easy to schedule sick and well visits, get doctors notes, etc. My company used to pay One Medical Group as a benefit but it is so good that I continue to pay out of pocket. I am so glad that Amazon has purchased the company to make this type of quality health care more accessible for all.

Even better, my wait time was only about 10 minutes to get that lab work. And I checked the app ahead of time to figure out lower volume times to visit--yay, technology! My lab tech kept me smiling through the short appointment and let me know when I could look for results through the app or from my primary care provider. However, the front desk and operations leave a lot to be desired. They botch appointment times and have terrible communication in general when asked questions. The front desk also can't even produce an itemized receipt for FSA reimbursements. Then when you go to billing to request one, they offer to mail you one at some undetermined point in the future. Producing an itemized receipt for immediate submission to FSA for reimbursement is by no means an insurmountable feat in 2025-and done consistently by our dentist office, eye doctor and etc.
