I've actually had one who was questioning my medications and forgot to write their own name on the prescription leading me to wait for an important refill. While the front staff is nice. The higher ups need better bedside manners. The worst was hearing Loraine loudly discuss another patients condition. Then she proceeded to tell me she can only refer me to another facility, which didn't receive the referral at all and it was stated "we are always blamed" which should be a massive red flag. The facility referred didn't even take my insurance which is such a gross oversight. I've also heard "I never heard of that being a symptom" from another doctor which is not comforting whatsoever. No mentions of this ever being an issue from countless visits with them. This year, i had not realized i missed 2(?) months of payments, i typically pay when i get my outlook calander reminder. I stopped in for a visit on I believe the 10th of April. The staff provides me a note asking me to remit a payment. Go home and thats when i realized i did forget some payments. So i proceed to send in the next $400. A few days later I recieve a letter that I had been sent to collections. After finding this I call them to see whats going on because I had been trying to pay monthly to work the balance down and i've never heard any comments about it. Additionally i sent in the payment as soon as they informed me in person to send a payment. Turns of they sent me to collections April 1st, they delievered their message/notification *after* they had already choosen to move me to collections. They gave me a warning about making a payment after they had already sent me to collections, assuming this is going to wreck my near perfect credit score, never missed payments on any accounts or been sent to collections. Would've been nice for a heads up rather than asking for the payment in person after they already sent me to collections. The treatment did help with allergies to an extent so i guess no complaints there but I will be stopping service and looking to continue elsewhere. Phone call with billing did not yield any success aside from them telling me they deducted my last payment from collections and I have to talk with collections now not them. They are asking for a large lump sum payment. Had I been able to do the lump sum I would've done it before they sent me to collectors. Now I am not really sure where things stand as I have provided a payment as they requested yet still collections is asking for a debt on their behalf.

I was very, very impressed with this office. I have not seen an allergist since I was 4? yrs old. Dr. Ozog took impeccable notes in trying to diagnose my issues with eczema. Which my Dermatologist needs to know the underlying issues before she can properly treat my eczema. I don't know if this is normal but her thoroughness was amazing! I go back in 2 weeks for the second half of the scratch testing. Hopefully she can find something. The first scratch tests (all 36 major allergens) all came back negative. Something is causing this eczema. It completely went away after taking the doxycycline that I took for 10 days. But now it's coming back. I'm allergic to something?? Dr. Ozog will come up with something eventually it may just take a bit to figure out.
