They had me bring my trailer the same day as I called (which is two days before Thanksgiving). The staff were all helpful and professional. The person who worked on my trailer took the time to show me how to properly secure my trailer to my vehicle, repaired more than just the connector I thought I needed, and verified that my lights were working before I left. The price for the service was modest and the piece of mind I have about my trailer now is priceless. Drive a few miles to meet them, it is worth it!
