Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and was very frustrated with that experience due to the new service writer and his inability to get anything done. Took over an house just to drop off. On Wednesday I get a call that my bike was ready to be picked up, which surprised me because it rained all day on Wednesday. Thursday I go to get it and the paperwork states that they could not confirm one issue and the other issue was identified with an "error code" but did not specify what they actually did to fix it. But assured me that the bike had been test ridden I. Wednesday and it was fixed and ready to go. So I took it and guess what? Before I even rode the 1/4 mile to my house BOTH issues popped up again. So I called the dealership where I bought it from and they sent a truck (2.5 hour one way trip) to get it and the next week I received it back. Both issues were fixed and they even found an additional problem and got it fixed as well. I have given Mancuso a couple of chances to get my business but never again. Only thing my money will be spent on there is motor clothes.

They found a nail and said the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They patched the hole. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. Since he left, the shop hasn't been the same.

But yet, he let us drive off from your lot with a low tire and a bad TPMS sensor. They are only $60. What's $60 for someone's safety. Especially a VALUED CUSTOMERS safety. Or a teen drivers safety. Not only did they give me a great deal but it turns out the factory alarm by Subaru that came with the car malfunction and fried the new one. This happened weeks later. This guy's offered to drive to where my car was, cleaned the old remote to the old alarm and even gave me tools to do it my self in the future. Then they went ahead and gave me a new alarm system FOR FREE! this guy's fucken rule and rock. I recomend this place to everyone and anyone.
