Visited this place on a weekday afternoon, told the representative that I wanted the inspection done and he told me to leave the keys inside and wait in the customer lounge area. The lounge was decent with big chairs and sofa, had a fridge with refreshments and restrooms. My service was done in under 15 minutes and the inspection cost me around $26 (prices may vary). Quick service, a decent waiting area and good prices. What more would you want?

They evaluated his car and ended up finding where the tire leak was within a couple of hours, they also told us our options and did not try to make us purchase anything right away. Previous Firestones have tried to force extra charges upon me without actually being necessary. I really appreciate that. They did not try to get extra money from us and were very honest. Customer service was stellar! I highly recommend this place.
