While I wouldn't have minded paying the money & honestly probably would've given them more money if they offered to help and/or didn't make us pay before working on the car. The manner the owner went about the interaction was distasteful at best. The worker who was assigned to work on the car for us was very nice and helpful- and was able to change the tire In about 15 minutes with the proper tools. Maybe they're better with appointments and more specialized work, but from our experience, I can't recommend them. Not sure who pissed in the owner's cheerios, but a few classes in communication & customer interaction would be beneficial.

When I returned to swap part for the correct one, he was sitting in a chair in the back and finally got up to make the correction. The young guy working was the opposite (attentive/ helpful) with his customers and if I choose to go back to that store hopefully he can help . Hope that wasn't a manager in any way!!! I had a light on my dash for the last week plus & I thought it was the low tire pressure light, but I checked my tire pressure all around & thought it might've been something else. So I pulled up, popped my head in the door, asked if someone could run an engine code check for me & someone came right out. They ran the check, no engine fault codes registered, we exchanged some polite words & they agreed it was probably the Tire Pressure Sensor if all my tires had sufficient pressure. Now I'll have to go back to Walmart to see if they need to reset my TPS. They were very cordial, quick in their service & helpful.

It would not have done any good as the lights were the wrong size. I consider these guys experts in their field, it's hard to find honesty like this. Heck, if I go back another day and they deliver minimum service, I'll remove the review. Experience 1: I had my nephew order several parts and was told most would be ready on Saturday, and one would be available on Monday. I arrive on Saturday to pay and pick up parts, and the nice gentleman Sebastian told me he didn't know what I was talking about and would NOT be able to help me without the complete list. He was arrogant and rude. He didn't offer to look it up by name or check for bulk order. I called back 15 minutes later with the list, and somehow he already knew what I was talking about before I gave him the list of parts but couldn't be bothered to look it up while I was there. Sadly, it delayed repairs on my car further. Experience: 2: On Monday, I called to make sure the entire order was available, and after five minutes on hold, Juan hung up. I called back and told them they hung up on me, and Juan said, "we don't hang up on people". Experience 3: I needed another part for my car that was a special order item. He said if I paid for it today, I could get it by Friday. He sent me a payment link, and I IMMEDIATELY submitted the payment. All this took maybe about 15 minutes from the phone call to them forwarding a payment link. Today I call, and I'm told that I missed the order deadline and would have to wait another five days. No one called me to confirm I still wanted the part or even mentioned the issue when they sent the nonrefundable payment link. I recommend using them, and if they have the part, but if not, please go elsewhere. Stuff happens, and maybe my experience is unique.

I went in on a Saturday before I was heading out of town and although he politely told me they were booked up for the day he would be happy to get to it on Monday. I brought it in with the expectation they would be busy on the weekend anyway, so that was no problem. Monday morning first thing I got a call telling me they found the problem and how much it would be to fix it. If they found anything else he would call me again before doing additional work otherwise it would be good to pick up by the end of the day. Thankfully they didn't find anything else. Fast reasonable service with none of the BS pushed on you by the chain places. I will be doing business with them in the future.

My main concern was the shifter cable. So, let's get down to it. I first met with a young gentleman named Caleb CSR. Since I was a new customer, he thoroughly took down my information notes and so forth. He is very well dressed and was very polite. He was very accommodating in accompanying me to the dangerous Bay Area to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle.. I suspected the shift was loose. In my opinion. Caleb is a fine young man that has a bright future in front of him. Second CSR I met was John, believe is his name don't quote me though. John was very sympathetic and empathetic to my concerns and very accommodating. He generally seemed concerned for my situation.. In my opinion John is a very joyful man that really loves his job and helping people. Third person was Adolf .He was the technician that worked on my car. He was very gentle as he took her all apart and put her very gently back together and I know because I had a Hawkeye on him the whole time outside the dangerous bay area. He also wasn't hesitant to ask for help by the master technician JD, because it was an aftermarket part. would not ever be a perfect fit, but I was thoroughly completed to my satisfaction,and impressed that he got closer and tighter than I could even with my tiny hands. In my opinion, I trust my baby my Cadillac ATS with Adolf any day. Not my actual children, but my car.. Now.....JD, the master technician from what I observed. I had an ABS issue that I took to these guys to fix. They seem to have temporaritly fixed (or…read morecovered up) the issue but the warning lights and indicators remained on. I didn't think much of it until I returned the car for an inspection and they told me thier equipment could not bring up any codes. (They told me the battery must have been recently disconnected but it has not been touched.) Thier equipment to fix the ABS issue and even to do a simple inspection is innoperable. I didn't realize this until the second visit. Then they made me pay for thier equipment not working. Basically, blaming me for thier inability to do the work.
