They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are able to stay productive regardless of whether or not it was your fault. As an example, the waste toner cartridge was full and I was unaware. I thought I had an extra, but it turned out to be a normal toner cartridge. I was preparing for an important meeting the next day and could not afford to be down until a new one could be shipped to me. After attempting to empty some of the waste toner in order to buy myself some time until I could get a replacement cartridge in, I called Bay Business. I explained the situation, was talked through how to clean the waste cartridge enough to keep me going to no avail. She stated that she didn't have anybody in the office at that time that she could send out to me with a replacement but that she would try to put in a service order to get me a replacement as soon as possible. Not even 10 minutes later, Brian walks in and gets us back up and running within minutes. You cannot go wrong with Bay Business Machines!

I had Christmas Cards made 4 weeks ago and they missed the deadline and complained about rushing to get the job done. And because they rushed they gave me sloppy, misspelled, rush work. And to top it all off agreed to split the additional cost of reprinting the correct order. I will definitely not recommend hiring this company for any printing work personal or professional. Hands down the worse experience I've ever had with any business ever. If I could rate them a quarter star I would but I don't think they even deserve that. Learning experience. Never, ever, again.

Suggested the best way to send the envelope since it had some important info in it.
