The owner never responded to questions from customers when he was asked if they were closing. He sells all of his merchandise including refrigerators and freezers. Within a few weeks they closed. This was after he lowered his membership fee and then finally agreed to refund it. He lost his ability to accept EBT blaming it on an employee. As a business owner are you not responsible for making sure your staff is not breaking the law? He closed telling people he was opening an online business, orders would be placed and shipped anywhere in the country. It was to be more or a merchandise ordering company than food/perishable items from what I saw. He then opens under the name The Snack Factory but says he is selling to restaurants/ food industry. Hours are posted as open to the public for a few hours on Saturday and by appointment other days. After this he posts he will now be open on Saturday and Sunday for a few hours to the public but now goes back to selling snacks and frozen/refrigerated products. Now he is selling furniture, Christmas items and pretty much anything else he can find. Shoppers beware. A leopard doesn't change its spots.
