They did not take any breaks or slow down and were extremely attentive to the items they were handling. This is probably the 100th time I'm commenting about this service. They are terrible at what they…read moredo. We've been trying to reach them for months, no response. We paid for the service and the insurance, yet all they do is ignore the delays, the broken items, and the damage they caused. We left voicemails, emailed multiple times, and submitted messages through the portal's help section, and still nothing. At this point, we need to escalate this because almost everything they moved or stored came back lost, broken, or damaged. We're not letting them get away with this.

So he said I don't know what you're talking about but it's $200 an hour and told me that it wasn't him or it was someone else. I said your names right there on the quote. He still interested that it wasn't him and the quote was wrong. I said sir have a good day and I hung up. Now this is my first time actually using a moving company so this is why went on yelp to read reviews. I'm moving like quarter mile up the street from where I live now and the moving prices are expensive. I good a price from someone who not gonna rip me off.
