And score - he fancied the idea. I did a test drive of all NOF had to offer. Here's what to expect: endless rooms filled with *surprise* office furniture. If shopping for a chair, filing cabinet, or used desk my recommendation is to skip the side showrooms and head straight downstairs. That's where you will find a holding tank for both used and new-on-discount. We nabbed a model with lumbar support a jilion adjustments that sells online for $400+ for a hair under $200. They even held my two favorites at our negotiated prices for over a week until Michael could test them both out. The staff will remind you of Glengarry Glen Ross - old school traveling sales men who are nice upstanding men that follow up on promises and leave messages for their boss. I'm even pleased to report that bosses actually follow up on inquires. I had a great experience here, what can I say! Happy customers. Happy back.

I arrived in the morning on a weekday to look for a used file cabinet and walked around upstairs until I realized the used stuff was downstairs. A guy in the office told me that there was "help" downstairs. There was one salesman downstairs with one customer talking, so I looked around for my prize. I looked for about a half an hour and found a file cabinet that I liked was ready to purchase. The salesman was still with the same customer and had not even acknowledged my presence yet. I decided to sit in one of the office chairs and wait for him, in full view of them through the office glass walls. While I waited another twenty minutes other employees walked by with no notice. I go up and walked up the stairs and out the building and was never asked "may I help you?" by anyone. How bad is that? This is the reason for my first review and sadly a one star.

Social media influencer in need of a light ring? They have those. Need office furniture? They have a pretty big selection. Files? Paper? Laundry detergent? Canned air? Basically most everything you could want to organize or run a business is here. Five stars for inventory. The other side of that coin is there is no one available to help. You have to wander around the store and hope you stumble upon what you are looking for. Yes, there are signs, but under what category do you shelf a 'ring light' for example? Is the water cooler under 'water' 'cooler' 'office equipment'? One person was working the print area. We didn't bother them, they were busy. The one person at the register was surly. We all have bad days, but this person was not an example of customer facing professionalism. Didn't speak unless absolutely necessary and that was just the spiel corporate tells them to say. We needed a large cart to move a box from the back of the store. He just pointed to the regular shopping carts. At check out there was no interaction other than 'do you want insurance'. So zero stars for customer service. Not a big deal. They have a nice selection and if we are looking for something they carry we'll stop in again. It just would have been nice to share a bit of friendly interaction with a fellow human being but, whatever.

But Luca (hope I spelled it right) was working the printing services area. I picked up my posters and I had asked him how much would he charge to laminate my uncle's obituary card, he quickly grabbed it and took care of it. I really appreciated how he handled it with care and told me don't worry about the cost that he would take care of it, this means so much to me as this is important to me and I didn't want it to be damaged. Luca was very sweet and left a lasting impression on me. I really hope Luca gets some praise for making my day and for being so kind, but also being a great employee. Making sure I loved the posters and showing them to me and also doing that favor for me with my uncle's obituary. Lucas customer service was on point and I appreciate it so much. I will for sure be doing ALL of my printing services for the business from now on, here! All thanks to Luca!

Simply the best option in the area for developing film - & it's not even a close competition…read more Whether disposable or 45mm, the team here takes care to do the job efficiently & well. You "can" take your film to a big pharmacy chain to have it developed, but those companies ship out to a third party. It takes time. There's a risk of damaging the film. It's not supporting local. Kerry's team does it in house & does it quickly. They also use WeTransfer now, so if you don't need your negatives, you don't have to go back to pick up your goods. The prices are super reasonable & all the folks who work at Kerry's are pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend Kerry's & all of her film-related services. I can't speak to printing & framing & whatnot, but if they apply the same diligence they use for developing film to their other services, I'm sure they're fabulous.
