The drs here are great, but some of the staff, are not . My husband and I-go in to have our pre skin cancer spots, checked. Miss Holly N, FNP-BC was-wonderful, she took time to explain things, and answer all of my questions.. on the other hand, Miss Jessica G, PA-C was fast, didn't want to take the the time, to explain, or to even be kind, seemed "rushed", tart,with a bit of rude in there too,it Just wasn't a good experience, with her... I recently revisited Alliance Dermotology for an urgent and sensitive matter. I called yesterday at 3 PM and got in at 10:15 this morning. The nurse practitioner and her staff were exceptional- they were professional and kind and speedy to say the least. The office staff was also very kind and efficient. From the time that I checked in to the time that I walked out, the door was no more than 30 minutes. Thank you thank you to the staff in getting me in so quickly. Thanks to you all. I've liked this practice overall, but lately the billing has been deceptive. Treatment estimates were nearly double what I was told--off by almost $500. That's not a small mistake, it feels borderline dishonest. Good care, but transparency in pricing seriously needs improvement. read more

My 86 year old mother was referred here to have a biopsy. The provider said it looked like basal cell carcinoma. I was very clear that I am her medical POA and that they needed to call ME with any results. 10 days later neither my mother nor I had received any calls. I called and selected option 2 for biopsy results, which takes you straight to voicemail. I left a message. The next day I hadn't received a call, so I called again, option 2 again, straight to voicemail again. My other also called twice and left 2 messages. After 2 weeks of no contact from this office, I selected option 1 to schedul an appt. I was told to just call the biopsy line again and leave another message. I refused and had to demand to speak to someone. I was put on hold, and someone from the biopsy dept did come on and tell me that yes she does have basal cell carcinoma. This woman told me that in the chart it is documented the two different people claimed to have called my number and left 2 messages. I told her I never received a call. She only apologized. Point is that 2 people from this group lied and said they called with biopsy results and left messages. They never called. read more

In my personal experience, the clinic needs to improve their scheduling system. I showed up for an appointment and an hour later i was still sitting at the patient room asking... where is the doctor? I ended up leaving the clinic as i had to return to work. Note my appointment was not at lunch time it was for 2pm. I ended up scheduling an appointment in Nogales, Mexico across the border. read more

I've had numerous appointments cancelled by them with ZERO confirmation from me. The staff will smile/laugh that you're not scheduled today, fully knowing they made changes without a single word of response from their patient. Also, first time I was there they prescribed a medication that should only cost $35 a month. After 3 months it jumped to over $200 a month. Had to go through a different pharmacy for the meds and I got the OG price... that was after they told me the first time that the original pharmacy was the only one with this medication. read more

Provider didn't introduce herself and didn't perform a thorough exam. She couldn't answer my questions and seemed rushed and frazzled. It was a waste of my time and money as I'll have to find another provider who is competent. read more

I felt like I was on an assembly line. Dr. Rex treated me like a $$ sign, nothing more. He was not thorough, didn't do a good exam and couldn't wait to get on to the next patient. He zoomed in, blew through the chart on the wall, sped through the exam and out of the room. I had to point out the spot above my eye to his assistant. He took zero time in addressing any concerns I may have. I was given a pamphlet of the chart hanging on the wall that he blew through. I am a human being. I deserve to be treated well. I am paying you to treat me well. I very strongly do not recommend Dr. Rex. He would do well with an assembly line job! read more

Dr Jaz is amazing. I just had a Squamous Cell Carcinoma cancer removed from inside my ear, next to the ear canal. Dr Jaz and his surgical assistant Erin are truly amazing. I never was in pain and they even fed me lunch. This is the 3rd cancer they've removed from me. I have been going to Alliance Dermatology for over 15 years. The office staff is always kind and proficient. All their offices locations have coffee, tea, cold water, and a wide variety of snacks. Alliance Dermatology is on the cutting edge of technology and has removed dozens of precancerous spots. I have also been treated for other skin problems such as rashes etc. read more

Dr. B is a bit too knife happy. He was fast to scan for irregularities but not overly thorough, in my experience. The staff was nice + efficient and they wore masks except for the doctor himself. The facility was on the older side with broken cabinets and felt dirty. I can't speak to any of the other doctors but might try someone else in the practice other than him. read more
