Not only are they double billing insurance and myself for supplies, but then refuses to give you any documentation on a full accounting of your account. When you refuse to pay your bill, the supplies they've ALREADY BILLED INSURANCE FOR are held ransomed. It is incredible that any medical provider wouldn't be able to produce a customer account ledger. Basic Quickbooks stuff here, folks. Oh. And NEVER try to call them. You won't reach anyone unless you direct your call to a Resp. Therapist and then tell them to transfer you to the front desk or the finance dept. Even then it doesn't work most of the time. If you have any other choice, I would urge you to avoid this business at all costs. They just look at you like an ATM-- demanding money and delivering nothing but headaches.

I wondered if they would try to "sell me" on using their DME branch for my supplies but it wasn't mentioned. I decided to use them for my machine too because I had such a great experience.
