My experiences with all of the therapists, assistants, and front desk staff at Alliance were very pleasant! I enjoyed my weekly visits to work on strengthening both legs for quad/knee pain. I do wish there had been some more direction observation/instruction while I did exercises; I had to seek out a staff member if I had questions about my form. My main issue with Alliance was the billing department, it was such a headache it really soured my experience and I would not choose them again. My final visit at Alliance when I was discharged was in October 2023, and the front office told me that a final bill would be sent to me. I received no bill in the several weeks that followed, so I reached out to the billing department (a centralized number, so not any of the office staff I had directly interacted with). As more time passed, my concern grew that maybe a bill existed and I wasn't receiving it somehow. I did not want the bill to show up to any entity as 'unpaid' and affect my credit. It is now June 2024 and I have finally received my final bill, 8 months after my final visit. I estimate I called the billing department between 8-10 times over those 8 months getting the same non-answer each time. The billing department person would look up my account, tell me there was a note about my previous call, and that someone was supposed to have followed up. The person said they would check with the manager since there was something unique about my insurance, and someone would call me back. Never did I actually receive a call back in all of these occurrences; I would have to call again in a few days or weeks and present the same question about my bill. Perhaps the 8th time I called in June 2024, the person said the bill was finalized and they would send it to my email. I was so relieved! Even if there was something unique about my insurance and it was taking extra time to process, the billing department never had any answers for me when I called until the final time. Even when the bill was finalized, it wasn't sent to me until I called to ask for it. Without my persistence, I'm not sure I would have ever received anything. read more

Ive been working with Alliance for six months, initially for a torn meniscus, then I fell and injured the same knee. I've learned so much about my body and muscles, where the pain is coming from and how to minimize it without creating other problems. They are so kind and helpful and compassionate, but also thorough and professional and, of course, tough when you need it! They noticed an issue with the way I walk that explained part of the reason I likely injured that particular leg in the first place, and why I have had a slower recovery than we hoped. Every therapist works together and frankly while at first this concerned me, I worried if they'd all be able to keep track of my case, in fact it's one of the best things about the practice because each therapist brings a different perspective and together they find what works, and I call I've made faster progress than what I would have elsewhere. They want to find the root cause - not just treat the specific issue the Rx is for, so you reduce the likelihood you'll have to come back. My insurance considers them out of network, but I am so pleased with the care I'm receiving I've chosen to stick with them. Everyone from front office to techs are amazing. Extremely well-run practice. (Note: I think they probably will need to hire more therapists, though, as the pandemic is causing a lot of people who are out of shape from working differently than before to suffer routine muscle injuries, and healthcare workers - esp nurses - are getting injured from the significantly increased workloads. ) read more

I love Alliance Physical Therapy! Their therapists and office staff are extremely friendly, caring and knowledgable. Their therapists have helped me recover from a rotator cuff injury, as well as tendonitis in both shoulders. As a disabled individual who uses a wheelchair, I've gone through *lots* of PT over the years, and I can honestly say the PTs at Alliance who I've worked with are some of the best. After my last round of PT ended last year, I honestly missed my office visits. One of the best things I like about the PTs is that regardless of how many patients they have, it always felt like I was the only one. Of course they always remembered which exercises I was supposed to do, but non-PT related things we'd talked about in my previous session. If it's possible for a PT practice to have a "family atmosphere," Alliance has it. The only thing that could have been better was the parkihg, and that's not under Alliance's control. read more

I have been going here for about 6 weeks for Achilles tendinitis. The staff are fun, friendly and a pleasure even at 7 am. Everyone is very welcoming and you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I love Remy even though she imparts pain. I must say I have felt a great improvement in my condition since beginning my treatment plan. They are very accommodating when you need to make appointment changes. The parking is free and pretty easy. read more

I'm posting this review to share my experience while attending therapy. I began therapy at Alliance believing I was starting my recovery to become better. I'm attending therapy under hostile/stress environment that was created after attending therapy and the areas not being clean. I mention to staff what I had seen such as other client's hair, dead skin, tissue left in the corner and tables not being wipe down. I tried hard just to focus on therapy as it was suggested to me but, how could anyone suggest to just do therapy and not be concern about the things we all are touching that isn't wipe down. Only to return back to therapy and attitudes, no more conversation from the person that I was working with. I began to feel bad as if I was wrong for saying that I was concern about the nasty areas that needed to be wipe or clean after ever use. We are wearing mask that is required in this day and time continuing to sanitize our homes business any busy area that's being used. Not all but some of the staff have turn they smiles into frowns and will leave me standing not interacting with me, which cause me to leave because I'm not able to be focus. I'm the customer and my condition to become better is my focus but not in an unclean environment or to make me feel bad because of the truth. I went to Alliance on referral from my primary physician. I was hoping to get relief from severe lower back pain. The staff provided an initial assessment of pain and range of motion. Then I began a series of progressive exercises, stretching and manipulations. I was a little bit skeptical that this technique would work, but after a few weeks I gained additional core strength and could complete the exercise routine easily and without pain. DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I had two appointments back in June 2017 and a month ago they started hounding me for $47.18. I ignored it I wasn't going to pay a bill they sent me three years after the fact because it's seemed suspicious. But then I get a call of them threatening to send it to collections. I couldn't risk that effecting my credit so I paid the bill. They stated my insurance only just got back to them now so that's why they billed me. I've had many surgeries and been to many physical therapists I have never been so disgusted by a practice in my entire life. read more

I went to Alliance to rehab a surgically repaired ACL tear. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. They also do a great job of cultivating a warm environment in which to rehab. They do a great job of challenging you within your limits but also with encouraging you to push those limits. Above all else, they are willing to listen and adjust your rehab program to meet your needs. I would strongly recommend Alliance to anyone looking for a great PT experience. read more

I have been going here for three weeks now after knee surgery. The therapists are knowledgeable and their expertise shows. I am having marked improvement with my knee and cannot thank them enough. Still a ways to go but I am encouraged because of them. The office staff is efficient and everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend them if you need physical therapy. read more

Xylene told me in the Philippines where she is from people do not get the chance to get physical therapy like they do in America, which is inappropriate. They are not professional. She pulled my leg out of socket and it has never been the same since. When my case settled, this office took twice as much as my attorney and me and I may never be the same. I am middle aged so it means something. I have checked with other doctors and pt offices, what she did is not normal practice and was described as strange. They asked a lot of personal questions and put them in the notes so when I went to court the attorney was unable to recoup what they said was owed on my bill. What she did caused me to have to treat more and I spoke with the management and was ignored. One day they had a baby shower during my treatment and left me hooked up to heat stimulation burning. My daughter and I observed Xylene making other patients intentionally experience pain as well and would not stop seeing the person was hurting. She has her picks of who she does this to. I imagine with the intensity of the pain and people worried about their health they do not take the time to write about their negative experiences with this group but what I am writing is true and I have never experienced by medical professionals. One of my legs is now longer than the other and hurts all the time. read more

I would like to begin with that everyone is really nice there. However, nice doesn't do the job. I have gone there for 2 months for PT and to some it up I would like to say that there has been on 3 occasions the PTs do not read your file prior to worked on, if they do tell you what to do, they fail to tell you the proper form and repetitions, and they have given me (1) printout with one exercise on it for the entire 2 months. This is not the way it is supposed to work. Every time I left, I would have to ask, what do I do when I'm not here? My end goal was to go home with a "home exercise program." When I asked about it I had to physically write it down my self to get the information out of them. I have been injured 3 times because of inadequate instructions and we have had to almost start over again because I can't do what I was doing the day before. TOTAL CHAOS!!!!
