Someone got back to me right away, and scheduling was a fast. I originally called them out to service my water heater and potentially upgrade the heating elements. They were incredibly quick with the service, but what really blew me away was their honesty. Instead of just replacing the elements and charging me for it, they let me know they were completely fine and just needed a quick temperature adjustment. I was able to return the parts I had already purchased for a refund. They also noted that while my unit is in great shape right now, it is getting a bit older. Also, we had to pay the full fee even though our hot water heater is less than a year and a half old. We were also told that because it was so new we needed to go through this company buy this is not true.
