I cannot possibly convey how awesome Christensen Plumbing is all around. When I texted them for a service request, they replied to the text within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. Christensen provided me a fast and accurate quote to add a safe natural gas stub out. I sent them a clear photo and they didn't give me the runaround like 2 other places did. Luke and Colby came out next morning and got it done fast. Very impressed how punctual, professional and nice they were. Before I got in touch with Christensen, one other guy (GWTFP who surprisingly had high ratings was 3X higher on his quote!) probably because he didn't want this "little job" (also known as cherry picking). Another large chain wanted $99 just to show up for "diagnosis"... LOL but nothing is broke. It was a simple 40 min job to add pipe in an easy outside spot. So I didn't fall for the other's scams. CHRISTENSEN PLUMBING This company is a bunch of lairs. I needed to replace a leaky shower head and faucet. I pointed out where the shower head was leaking. The gave me a quote. I ask if it include a new shower head and faucet, they said yes. About 20 minutes later I observed them replace the old faucet and he said your hose to the shower head was leaking- I had already shown it to him that it was leaking. Now he wants more money to replace the shower head.I paid him $65.00 more then the quote just to get him out of my house. I was't going to write this review because it sound like a "he said, they said" I would not recomend CHRISTENSEN PLUMBING to any one. read more

We wanted to replace our 19 year old gas water heater before it failed. I reached out to Brad and he came out to inspect and provide a free quote, he said that he does not recommend replacing a water heater unless it is leaking or not providing enough hot water. I appreciated Brad's integrity and even though it hadn't failed yet, I wanted to replace the unit. When the builder installed the original water heater in 2004, they mounted the expansion tank on a CPVC pipe without any support which was certain to break in time. Brad's son Luke mounted the new expansion tank correctly, using copper pipe and brass fittings for a superior installation. l am happy with Brad's and Luke's professionalism and will certainly use Christensen Plumbing again! read more
