I had a slow-draining tub and company coming. I needed it fixed. I had used another plumber to repipe my new (to me) home but when I called them back for smaller jobs, the bill was often more than I wanted to pay. An emergency plumber was even worse but because it was an emergency, I was held hostage. I called 5 Daughters Plumbing and was able ti get service within hours, even though I said it was not an emergency. The plumber was at my door about three hours later. He came in ready to clear the drain but first disassembled the tub drain. Inside was a (previous owner's) scrunchie. After removing that and a bit of gunk, the tub drained perfectly. The charge: $80. When I had summoned the emergency plumber to fix an equally simple task, the temporary fix was $1600 and the permanent fix priced at $1800. Eighty dollars seemed like I had won the lottery. I talked to the plumber about future jobs as I am remodeling. Five Daughters will be my go-to plumber for future work. read more

Fantastic experience on both projects. They replaced a toilet floor flange that was in concrete. Dug it out, replaced flange and poured concrete. Too bad they don't lay tile as well. ;-). Replaced upstairs shower plumbing and did a great job. Too bad they don't mud the drywall ;-), had to find someone else for that. I know, they are plumbers, not wall and tile people. read more

I connected with Wayne at 5 Daughter's Plumbing and scheduled a faucet replacement for both outdoor locations and repairing a leaky kitchen faucet. I also requested a quote to replace a bathroom sink and repair a toilet in the main bath at my daughter's home. They were timely and able to take care of both within a couple of days. I scheduled the sink replacement and decided on replacing the toilet. They excel at communication, staying on schedule and delivering everything promised. Sometimes it's difficult to find good professionals (of any trade) whom you know you can trust to do good work at a fair price. After a few sub-par plumbing hires, I'm thrilled to say Five Daughters is exactly that. We had an urgent plumbing need and Wayne moved mountains among his busy schedule to find time to come over immediately to do our repair. I'd attempted a fix on my own, and Wayne went the extra mile to do the job right (after I'd completely bungled the repair). He was patient, communicative, did a very thorough job, and was really fun to be around and work with. I can't say enough positive things about Five Daughters Plumbing, and a year after the repair now, I'm pleased to report the that it's still working flawlessly. Our water heater broke down and we filed a claim with our insurance company which 5 Daughters Plumbing picked up. They were to our home within 24 hours and diagnosed the issue. Wayne contacted our insurance company without getting any response. He told his technician to move forward with installing the water. They went way beyond expectation with resolving all issues and did a great job removing and installing the water heater. We would highly recommend them and will certainly contact them with any new plumbing issues. A 5 star is not enough for 5 Daughters plumbing. They should get a 10 star! Never Again. Hired him for work in my home, he was super unprofessional in all ways. He did not finish the work that he had said he would. He would demand for his money when before finishing the work and would demand in a threatening manner. It was scary to even talk to him. He made me feel very unsafe too. read more
