Christensen was selected by me based on online reviews only. They came out within a few days, with one of the owners sons, who is a journeyman plumber, and his plumber in training. The were prompt, did the job in what seemed to be an efficient fashion, and at my request saved the faulty materials for my inspection. They were polite and acted in a respectful professional manner. I expect to use them again. My 4 star review will be upgraded in the future if the repair is durable, which means in a couple of years. Their fee was imho withing current plumbing rates. Not inexpensive, but in todays markets a good plumber is usually not inexpensive and I would use them again.

Someone got back to me right away, and scheduling was a fast. I originally called them out to service my water heater and potentially upgrade the heating elements.
