Remember these are used vehicle sellers. All they want is your money and they do not worry about repeat business. Get your mileage in writing. They will not put it on your documents. If they say they cannot know they are not telling the truth. It can be measured and seen on the semi truck. If the truck is from the east coast or anywhere with lots of snow look for rust. Cause BIT inspections and service records are important for DOT and MCP. Later model? Does not matter. Anything the sales person says is covered get it in writing spelled out. If you have an experience driver test the truck make sure he runs it through it pace cause 100 miles or 1000 miles it will breakdown or need service. Also do not let the dealership work on it. My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. The dealership has told me this piece was not covered by warranty. It's a 70K truck that had a piece of plastic break while I was driving down the freeway. At a minimum this was a defect, they should take more pride in their products and take care of their customers. They questioned everything I told them about what happened and came up with every excuse possible to try to change what actually happened so they wouldn't feel obligated to take care of it. It was sold to me as a daily driver in restored condition. I had it shipped to me and when I received it, it would not start. It has a brand new paint job that's peeling off. No gauges that work which he said did. No seals at doors. Etc. Had been wrecked on passenger side that he didn't let me know about. I have put a few thousand into this and I still can't drive it.
